I had to quit going to this car wash because of scratches and damage to my jeep. I have tried to stop payment ever since Aug but they keep charging me, I did everything I was supposed to by giving my passcode number and they will not stop charging. Now I have over $60 on my credit card,(the one I paid off and tried to stop), plus the interest rate of 22.9% in which I'm having to pay for all of these months. I've tried calling, I've sent email and nothing is being done. The only reason I gave one star is because you have to. Next step is to get a lawyer.

I personally was just blown away, they had free vacuums which is fantastic. Then one day they made them so you had to go through the car wash to use the vacuums LOL kind of a dick move in my book I don't go there.

I am a long time Fast pass car wash Member who went in on a rainy Saturday to give them my updated Credit card for my monthly automatic payment. The two young boys working told me I had to get back into my car & drive to the car wash window. There was no one else in the store & no one else working that window. The last time I did this they scanned it right in the store. This seemed a little lazy & lack of Customer Service to me!

I’m irritated by far. Reward programs don’t work at this location. The pump station doesn’t accept your card (for payment), so inconveniently you have to pay inside.

Seems like I have a 50/50 chance of having someone pop out from behind a pump and ask me for money or a ride, sometimes aggressively. Staff is apathetic at best.

If you take reports/reviews seriously youd take a look at an employee flipping off a customer, who did the employees job. She knows who she is, you probably do too.. May 29th , afternoon

For starters the employees are more worried about what's going on there phone then helping customers. Employee sat there playing candy crush while ringing me up. Also you can't use your shell rewards inside which forces you to use your card ar the pump. They pull out $100 more then what you put in your gas tank and don't refund it for over 48 hours. They over charge you in the store. Items ring up more then what there are priced at and they won't fix it. Can't call them because they only have a fax number listed. DONT USE THIS GAS STATION

We've been stopping here regularly on our Minnesota to Michigan trips and it is clean however the employees must be lazy and only open one of the 2 bathrooms what should be a 4 min stop for a family of 4 has become 16 going to find another gas station for our future trips

I have a FastPass car wash for Bob & Kay's carwash locations at two of the local Shell stations. This location is much newer, and more entertaining.

I come here mostly for the car wash, I tried so many other ones. But I guess this is the best one for a great deal. They also have free air for your tires, and also free vacuums which are really good and helpful. But I don't see the vacuums there anymore, I don't know if it's because of covid or just the winter season.
