Always busy 'cause of the location, so keep that in mind. But the cashier (sorry, don't know her name) is super nice & helpful, wish she worked the shell closer to my home.

I have a medical condition and they wouldn't let me walk in without a mask ? if I wear a mask I will pass out instantly. This is VERY unconstitutional, and against my civil rights not only as an american but a human. I'm not going back there again if they discriminate against those people who have medical issues

As a business it’s your job to not let customers in without a mask and you have failed to do so the last three times I have stopped. All three times these was at least one customer not wearing a mask inside! Last time I’ll stop if your staff can not be part of the solution in COVID 19 I’m choosing to not spend my money at your establishment anymore! This use to be my gas station of choice but I can not safely walk in here anymore.

Pumps work fine but the car wash is a rip off. I went in there for the sole purpose of getting an underbody wash. My lawn sprinkler has more pressure. The wash left my windshield very dirty and the dryers not only start before the wash is done but they are also very low powered. Go to Meijer for a car wash instead and get your money's worth.

I was waiting for my sister outside the store and I had her very small dog (7lbs) with me when I briefly stepped inside to tell her something. I walked right back out afterwards. Then I briefly walked in a second time to say yet something else. All in all I was in their no longer than a few seconds. When my sister came out she said the guy was upset because he told her that he told me twice not to bring the dog in. I did not hear him say anything to me, nor did she? I gave my sister her dog and went back to basically apologize. The guy was a complete a****** and extremely rude! He was the third shift/overnight guy on 6/22-6/23. Completely uncalled for!

fuel price is higher then most around the area but wanted to wash my wifes car. car is clean but its still very soapy. wouldnt suggest either the shell for fuel or bob&kays car wash.
