I’ve been shopping at this Sephora location for years, but I had an extremely disappointing experience yesterday. Upon checkout, the customer service rep was incredibly rude and gave me a condescending attitude when I chose not to provide my email address. She rudely questioned me about it in a completely unprofessional way. This kind of behavior is unacceptable! I will not be returning to this store, and I hope Sephora takes action to ensure their staff treats customers with courtesy and respect.

Tess at Sephora inside Kohl’s can be challenging to deal with, so it might be best to avoid her if you want a positive shopping experience.

Staff is very helpful and friendly most days that I come. Today was different because I heard a staff member saying mean things about a customer (she whispered it but her voice is deeper than she thinks so I heard it pretty clearly) I was disappointed and uncomfortable .

Excellent. Clean and well lit. The staff was a great help, very friendly but not overbearing. Well stocked too. Will definitely be back.
