I had a previous good experience a few years prior for my lease in 2021. My recent visit was the reason why I don't go to Seelye Kia in Kalamazoo. A Salesman that called himself "Pinky" pretended to be nice but his treatment towards me showed he didn't care about me as a customer. A few of the other Salesman were genuinely nice & have great customer when "Pinky" went MIA. I chose to take my business to Indiana & was given GREAT service & my business was appreciated.

I would highly recommend salesman Kyle Corbett. I was “over miles” in my Ford lease. Although I still had a year to go on my lease it was a stress to the point I hesitated to go places to keep my miles down. Kyle sent me monthly updates on options to replace or buy my car. He promised he wouldn’t let me down and he was true to his word. He & Cory(his manager) were able to come up with a buy I couldn’t refuse! Kyle is a gem for Seeyle Ford!

Terrible customer service. Also, don't believe the lie on the answering machine that "they will get back to you within an hour". If you are a woman you will lucky to hear back from them at all.

Brought a car with failing transmission and they fixed it. After getting the car back, there were several problems that started and we were still charged for an inspection and for it to be fixed. There were no issues before, like I said, yet we ended up spending an extra $500 on an unnecessary repair. Do not recommend as they are just like other dealerships.

I like my Maverick but Ford Credit and FordPass are a joke. Issues after issues with them. Ford was no help in trying to fix them. Called dealership and was told more or less they had nothing to do with it. Guess we are going back to the Stone Age of mailing in a check to Ford. Ford: good truck, terrible service

I received a notice in the mail a while ago (maybe a year) about how there is a recall on the transmission in my Ford Escape but not to schedule an appointment to bring it in because the parts were unavailable/backordered or something of that nature. At the end of November, I received a notice that the parts were in, so I called and scheduled an appointment to make sure my vehicle did not have an issue related to the recall. The first available appointment was 12/22, so I took it.A few days later my transmission started slipping and eventually failed while I was driving down Sprinkle Rd. I decided to have the vehicle towed to Seelye Ford since I already had an appointment scheduled to see if it was affected by the recall. I figured if it was affected by the recall then I would not be responsible for any charges.Their service department contacted me about 5 days later and explained to me that my vehicle was not affected by the recall, and it would be $7,000 for a new transmission. They said their best guess was that I would have to wait 4-6 weeks for that to happen, but that it could be shorter or longer.I told them I did not want to pursue that avenue because the vehicle is only worth about $8,000 if I sell it privately, and I’m currently renting a car at $50 per day, so I can’t afford to wait 4-6 weeks. When I called to inform them a tow truck driver would be coming to get my keys from them, they told me they were charging me $200 for diagnostics. I felt that was extremely inappropriate because I was only inquiring about the transmission issues being related to the recall.I already knew my transmission was bad because my car stopped shifting and I received the message “transmission fault, service now.” I’m also willing to bet that they already knew it wasn’t related to the recall prior to doing diagnostics because of how the recall was explained to me after the diagnostic was complete. My parents were friends with Don, Mike, Pat, and Mickey Seelye for YEARS until they moved to the east side of the state. This is the only place I have ever taken my vehicles for service because I USED to trust you. I purchased my car brand new from you guys as well.Delete me from your system. I will NEVER step foot in this dealership EVER again. -Edward Kamar
