UPDATE: Never received a call from anyone "in charge" just a response to my original review. Our issues are STILL unresolved.
Be forewarned, once you purchase, you will never speak to someone on the phone- its all automated or voicemail. John in service seems to be the only one who tries to help but seems the entire dealership is poorly ran. Our car is still in the shop, still not fixed, and I have left 3 messages today. Most frustrating experience ever. Don't go for convenience, go for quality- buy elsewhere.
RUN FROM PINKY! Purchased a car from Matt, aka "Pinky" with unfulfilled promises. Once they got our money all we get is constant voicemails when we try to speak with anyone. This is unacceptable and not how to do business. Should not have to resort to posting online to get someone. ANYONE's, attention. Do not recommend doing business with Seelye.

I walked into Seelye Ford looking to upgrade to a truck. John worked with me for about a month and couldn’t quite get me what I wanted/needed. He had another idea and got me in touch with another salesman named Keith Watkins. Together they both found me what I wanted and I finally was able to pull the trigger. The selflessness with the two outstanding young(ish) gentlemen are unmatched at any other dealership around. Thank you both for treating me as if I was your big brother or something. Even my dog approves.

Seelye is the only place that I have bought all of my vehicles,since I've been back home . I have always received excellent service from them. They always go above what they need to do to make your car buying experience pleasant, I've dealt with different salespeople over the years, Jermaine was the last salesperson that I dealt with and between him and another associate, I rode out with a great deal and satisfaction, because they went to bat for me when an unjust situation came up. Great customer service. Great place to buy a car. Sandra Brown

Joe went above and beyond for everything. He really is a different type of Car sales man. Totally recommend anyone go talk to Joe. Also the Kia lady was super nice qs well. Great all around experience

Great service dept and all the employees were friendly and very helpful. Only downside was the pricing was salty for our possible repair. Everyone deserves to make a dollar, but be fair with pricing and marketing ups.

I had a previous good experience a few years prior for my lease in 2021. My recent visit was the reason why I don't go to Seelye Kia in Kalamazoo. A Salesman that called himself "Pinky" pretended to be nice but his treatment towards me showed he didn't care about me as a customer. A few of the other Salesman were genuinely nice & have great customer when "Pinky" went MIA. I chose to take my business to Indiana & was given GREAT service & my business was appreciated.

I would highly recommend salesman Kyle Corbett. I was “over miles” in my Ford lease. Although I still had a year to go on my lease it was a stress to the point I hesitated to go places to keep my miles down. Kyle sent me monthly updates on options to replace or buy my car. He promised he wouldn’t let me down and he was true to his word. He & Cory(his manager) were able to come up with a buy I couldn’t refuse! Kyle is a gem for Seeyle Ford!
