Was a customer for 8 years, and they nickle and dimed us with petty termination fees for over $50 when we terminated service due to moving.

They picked our can up and said we cancelled our service? (We didn't) Offered for us to pay for their mistake. Horrible customer service

I tried to schedule weekly trash pickup and was transferred to city of Kalamazoo recycling office.I lack the low self esteem to attempt to give this business my money.
