Worst manger around. We were approved online for a couch they canceled it and said they won’t do business because my sister who lives in another town and has nothing to do with me didn’t pay for her couch. Doesn’t seem very professional and when I called to confirm this was the reason they said I could pay for a stamped envelope and they would send me the reason why they decided to cancel.

We have been customers here for years. We’ve paid off a washer and dryer, bedroom set, 55 inch television, 75 inch television and fireplace/tv stand. We had a decent experience with those things so we figured we’d return and get a new couch as we were strapped for cash after buying a new house… we had also received calls from Jordan the manager trying to get us back in to rent something else now that everything was paid off…so I found a couch I liked and we proceeded to order it etc… well we are 3 or so weeks into our rental and today I get a call from them which I answered and proceeded to tell them, hey we made our payment… I then heard “Excuse me??!” In a very very rude tone..I was then told we need to be on auto pay because everyone has to be on auto pay and you shouldn’t have been able to leave the store without setting that up!!!! Ummm we’re not employees of your business and no one told us that when we left and all the weeks it’s been since then?! So now you’re taking out your frustration with your employees on paying customers who have been coming here for years? How is that ok? Please learn some basic customer service skills and talk to your customers in a way that doesn’t make them want to take their business elsewhere…we’re not people who don’t pay our bills and our track record there shows it or why else would you have invited us back to lease something else? Please use respect when calling my phone… it’s just basic common sense

I went to look for a dining table and found one. The person who helped me was nice the only problem was that he showed me that the dining table was new and in the box so once I received it from Roy, they gave me the one that was on the floor. This is why I don't do business with people from other Rent-A-Center. Thank you Roy, Tina, and Sam, I stick to my portage st Rent-A-Center

It was clean the employees were not all wearing masks though. Quite and kinda in a bad neighborhood almost got hit In the parking lot because the people speed through the parking lots.....
