I needed something that they did not have (a sewing machine part), but the employees tried their best to give suggestions and gave us full attention. Even some of the customers who overheard were trying to help. There is a lot of beautiful, quality fabric. So pretty that we decided to purchase some for a very small project, and the assistance provided was every bit as courteous and helpful as if we were making a large purchase.

My favorite quilt shop! They work hard at keeping fresh stock, the staff is experienced and so friendly! They have a lot of different classes and workshops to help both the beginner and the experienced sewer.

I had the rudest encounter at this shop. And after talking to a few other quilters who have had the same experience I won’t come back or recommend this store to anyone.

Love, love this Quilt store!! They treat you like family and know their craft!!!From needles to classes, you can get what you need to create a beautiful heirloom. If you have any questions about your projects, you can call and ask, they can help you over the phone.

If you are in the market for a very fine quality quilt made by a very creative and talented staff of craft people – go no further than Quilts Plus in Kalamazoo, MI. Julie and her staff are truly amazing. I went in with a large stack of Hard Rock Café T-shirts from around the world and no ideas on what to do with them all other than having them made into a quilt – not even imaging how amazing and wonderful they would turn out. (Actually, ended up having enough to have two made – one US cities and the other for all my international HR stores.). They started by providing me with wonderful ideas and design – and then to see the results – I was truly blown away. I highly, highly recommend Julie and her team – super high-quality skill – awesome customer service. I have since returned with yet another project that is in the works now, can’t wait to see the results of this one!

These ladies were so friendly and helpful. We spent hours looking around and they even helped us match and select colors. The selection was awesome, apparently they specialize in Batiks so there were many to choose from. They also offer classes and even a trip coming up for ladies who want to tour other shops in a luxury bus!

This is a lovely shop! The salespeople are friendly and helpful. We're visiting from Mississippi and enjoyed exploring new fabrics and patterns. The fabric collections are new and plentiful.
