Poor service. Astronomical prices.
After a short wait to enter the shop, I was escorted in. 3 guys working. After a while some knocking underneath.... we got the oil filter wrench stuck on your filter... then go to put 4 it's of oil in and proceed to dump 8-12 ounces of oil right across the grill and engine. Then proceed to give me a whopping $5 discount. What a ripoff. No oil change (especially a 2016 Camry) should be north of $100.

The pure lube on 9th street is an excellent place to to get an oil change!! I was there today and got the best service I have ever got at an oil change place! They were so informative and professional!! They answered all my questions and they were friendly and very personable!!! They overexceeded any and all expectations!!!

Changed my oil here and they gave a different oil change plug. Just leave things as they are and stop trying to screw people over.

This place is a scam. I sent my son here because I normally go here. Big mistake. He asked for a basic oil change or what is the least expensive because he is on a budget. Instead they put in full synthetic and charged him over $80. I'm upset that I told him to go there. Neither of us will be back.

Store manager Keith and the whole crew provide great customer service. I can pull through anytime between oil changes and they will top off my fluids and check tire air pressure, and I'm in and out of there in 5 mi. Highly recommended!Service: Oil change

I went in for my car’s first oil change, had been there previously and always had a good experience.There was a problem with the new oil filter ( I brought in ) and the old one had been damaged during removal ( couldn’t be reused ) I was dead in the water … parts not readily available for my car yet .. the manager called around and found one that would fit, and immediately sent an employee to get it. They saved the day for me .. and wasn’t even going to charge me for the filter. I am highly impressed that such customer care still exists in the current society .. this location has more than earned my future business and anyone that goes there won’t be disappointed with the friendliness, professionalism, and care they offer.Service: Oil change
