I have had an account for over 20 years with this institution. When they switched over to the chip card I have had at least twice a year my card information stolen for large amounts and then disputes that take 90 days to process. One of the locations in town recently switched to cashless, which means if you need access to your funds you can use the ATM but the staff inside can not help you at all. This is an issue if your card was stolen and now your card is locked/closed.I recently tried to close my account after yet another stolen card. The teller looked at my info and said in a day or two once my current deposit cleared I could speak with a banker to close my account. The next day, I logged in to my account to find a fee had been assessed to my account from PNC. The following day I went in to resolve it and was told no bankers are available but I can call the 800 number. I called said 800 number and I was then hung up when I got to a person. The second I got to speak with person reversed the fee and told me I had to wait until the dispute on my account from above was cleared even though they had given me the money back already, yet he could not close it until the end of the 90 days, which no other person had told me.So if you enjoy poor customer service, your funds or card being stolen multiple times a year, getting the run around for any of their "services" and not being able to close your account then this is the place to go. Otherwise, find a different institution to do business with.I unfortunately could not leave a zero star rating thatI would have preferred to do.

It’s almost impossible to reach anybody by telephone. Their new phone system transfers the call and it rings and rings for three minutes or more and no one answers.

While my experience has never been bad at this location, the teller to customer ratio is always poor, unless you happen to stop by just before close, or right when they open. There was also a environmental fee for sending a paper statement to the tune of 2 dollars a piece, yet I still manage to get ads for a credit card, roughly monthly, at no cost. While it is understood that the majority of banking is now online, there is still a customer base that uses in person services, also those who require assistance due to app failures.

Not my bank but did stop there to use ATM because it was convenient. ATM malfunctioned and I didn't get my money but they sure took it out of my account. Bank clerk said they have had nothing but trouble with ATM and now I have to wait up to 45 days to get my money back. This is a real good reason not to bank here.

Got help from Kenny setting up a joint bank account, was super knowledgeable and honest with what he thought would work best for us and made the process easy. Got setup in a timely manner and everything went smoothly. Thank you Kenny

Absolutely the worst bank on planet earth. Had a closed account get money deposited into it and never got a calldl for 30 days. Then took 7 phone calls and 5 trips to he branch to get MY money back. Pathetic excuse for a bank and financial institution. I never write reviews but places like this deserve 0 stars

Though I bring the same check from my client every month, today they decided to harrass me and would not listen to me. So I understand the tellers that have cashed these checks since June 2017 are now about to be investigated and reprimanded. The service was terrible and the mean spirited punitive attitude is worse Probably most of them don't work there any more

I have no issues with the staffs at PNC. People that have issues with them have no patience in that matter when someone is NEW. Give the people a chance if you haven't seen them before or they haven't seen YOU before Let them do their part of the JOB!! .... Even though i don't work for the bank business. I know their struggle because I have to deal with allot more customers on my end. So i'm quite patient to people that are new, So staffs at PNC KEEP IT UP THE GOOD WORK. And You're doing a good job. Don't mind the people that are rude an disrespectful, If they don't like on how you doing your work and your doing all that is right in the policy, They can go look somewhere else. POINT BLANK
