This isn’t a bank. It’s a building with an ATM inside. Went in to get a check printed off and was told to sit and wait for an indefinite amount of time. After watching the one employee talk about private business stuff with a customer at a table in front of me for several minutes, I just left. I’m not sure they could even print a check anyway, since there weren’t any tellers. Terrible way to conduct business. I plan to leave PNC entirely if this is the direction they are going in.

Utterly incompetent staff and management. We spent over a month dealing with a Trust here only to have them open the account incorrectly and they had the audacity to tell us to start over. We will not be banking here.

A previous reviewer, mentioned there is no teller here, that is correct.this location does not answer their phones for you to make an appointment. I called the 1800 number bc all I needed was very simple she said, I should not need an appointment and both this location and main st should have been able to assist without an appointment.

Physically saw two staff in the offices laughing and talking, no one came out to help. There were other customers waiting as well. So unprofessional. Left after 10 minutes to go to the west main location. If no one is willing to help, this branch should close because the customer service is awful.

This is not a Bank this is a Brick and Mortar building with an ATM!!! 4 Customer service reps inside whom can not withdraw cash They Can Not take a deposit but they can tell you how to use and ATM LOL. They have an ATM inside the building and reps playing Solitaire. The representative kindly instructed me to drive across town to do business.

What a joke. Tried to call the phones there like 25 times got put on hold every time when I just wanted to know if they do pesos. They do not. Glad I'm not a member at this dumpster fire of customer service. Boo ?

Antoinette was fantastic today. I was navigating an unfamiliar process and my ducks were not in a row when I arrived, but she helped get me back on track quickly and never once made me feel bad about it. Her experience with PNC really shows. Thank you, Antoinette!

There are drive through ATMs which is great.. the staff are so nice and helpful.. it can get busy sometimes.. location is good

Bad bank, every day I check my account online step by step , sometimes the bank got 5$ and sometimes 3$ for nothing that's doesn't clear in the statement bank.
