As a new client, I was able to have my pet seen within just a few days. I had visited a new veterinary concern, the only one in the Kzoo area that currently offers emergency pet care, and walked out after less than 20 minutes of walking in, and hopefully will never have to return there.
PV Center have a friendly and caring staff.

The staff is very friendly and the vet was awesome. They give you estimates up front . My dog had to have surgery and the vet call me to let me know how her blood work come out before surgery they are very caring and very professional I would recommend this veterinary clinic to anybody.

I can’t say enough good things about my experience at Pet Vet! The care and attention my dog and I received were exceptional.
Dr. Laurence was amazing—she really took the time to brainstorm creative ways to help my dog take his medications, including suggesting Freshpet in loaf form, which worked perfectly. Her patience and helpfulness made a stressful situation so much easier.
Sade, the vet tech, was fantastic as well. She was responsive every time that I called for her (my pet was regurgitating in teh vet room) and answered all of my questions expertly. She handled everything with care and professionalism, ensuring my pup felt comfortable throughout the visit.
A big thank you to Debbie too! She went above and beyond to assist with questions I had about our visit with Chief on 10/9. It’s clear that the whole team at Pet Vet genuinely cares about their patients and their humans!
I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for top-notch veterinary care with a personal touch.

I love how Alex groomed Braxton and trimmed his nails…..he won’t let me do that but Alex had no problem at all! I’m so greatful for finding this place….i can get his care all in one place!

We had to take our pup here in an urgent appointment two days before our wedding for a possible UTI. Mind you we’re already stressed and added more stress and concern due to our pups issues. I made it clear when I called that it could be a possible UTI and I need him checked and to get meds.
I get there. They had checked another dog into my appointment and had everything mixed up. Once I explained the symptoms and everything going on to the tech they had the vet come in and she did a physical exam of pushing on his stomach and checking my dogs privates. She then proceeds to tell me “I highly doubt it’s a UTI as they are extremely rare and uncommon in male dogs, I can run more tests to see if there is something more serious going on.”
Mind you I asked for the pricing of the tests. They wanted $295 for same day results of a blood test and not once was I offered a urine test to see if a UTI is possible. So I said I’ll contact my main vet tomorrow during my wedding set up and rehearsal. I called his main vet and he was concerned with the symptoms that were brought up. I took in a urine sample and lone behold it’s a UTI with crystals in his kidney and I was given an antibiotic right then and there at my primary vet. For less then the price of even being seen here.
If pet vet would’ve taken time to offer a urine test and not dismiss me saying it’s impossible he has a UTI as I’m already panicked and super stressed everything probably would’ve been fine. I don’t recommend this vet and they are extremely expensive.
When I brought this to their attention they had to ask everyone regarding what happened. They told me they would call me the Wednesday after the appointment with an answer and never did so I called two weeks later for a follow up and they have an excuse as to why they never reached back out. That day they told me they would refund the $93 appointment fee and never did so I had to call back 4 weeks later asking where my refund was and they never called to confirm and only sent me a text saying it was refunded.
This is very poorly managed and I would never bring my pets back here regardless if it’s an urgent matter or a standard visit.

Storm had an explosive upset stomach for a couple days that was not getting any better and Pet Vet was able to get me in on the same day I called. Dr. Cole saw Storm and got her fixed up. She's doing great with no lingering issues! Dr. Cole and the staff were so friendly and caring. Definitely recommend them for all your dog and cat needs.

As a new pet mom I called in a panic that my girl was not eating and barely drinking any water and very lethargic. They got me in right away the same day and after a reasonable amount of testing and doctor checking they prescribed a course of treatment. They were transparent in their pricing offering a quote before I agreed to any services. I found their pricing and services to be more than fair.

They accepted my kitten as a walk-in appointment as she was in desperate need of medical care. Thank you for being able to squeeze us in and getting her the medication she desperately needed. Very understanding staff that truly cares about animals.

I had a sick dog and couldn’t get into my regular vet. I called and they had an opening. My dog didnt have to be there patient. The vet and staff were super friendly and nice. 10/10 experience.
