In whole Kalamazzo MI was only this shop available take me to immediately. My truck was down on the highway 40 miles south of.
By the phone I explained that is alternator and they just said bring it down. The mechanic was start working on it and when new arrived he installed right away. Thank you for your help and service

Got me in quickly! I thought I needed struts and brakes! Also my AC is blowing cold again! Plus if there's a leak they will put the money that I spent on the AC towards whatever I need to fix the leak! My brakes were fine, I appreciated the honesty! I needed a new mechanic, I have one now!! THANK YOU PERSONS AUTO REPAIR!!!!

Terrible communication. My car was there all day today. Tail lights aren't working. They didn't call, I had to twice. When they told me what it might be it was after 4:30. No actual work done and I was charged $225. I told the guy with the white beard thank you when he pulled out my car and he didn't say anything.

Simply put he honors his word, does a great job and taies good care of you. If you are a veteran, Mr. Person's and his son are Vets and treats you right. Hands down he's earned my future work! I appreciate honest dealing! Brought my 2015 cadillac SRX in for a serious axle/suspension repair. I provided full permission to "just fix it...please". They called back after examining the vehicle and explained they could do the job but the issue was covered by a recall so I could get the work done for free by a dealer. I did that, but as a result of the referral, they are now my regular place for service. I always feel like I am being dealt with fairly.
