The woman at the counter was extremely sneer and condescending. All that was said to her was “hello” and then a polite question about dry cleaning, all while being respectful and smiling to her. She had no reason to be so downright mean and aggressive; I was truly appalled and embarrassed. She should be ashamed of her treatment toward potential customers.

Omg this was my first time using this place and I am highly impressed!!! I took my down comforter in. My husband got some vape juice on it and she was able to get it out. And she was so friendly. She went above and beyond helping me! Thank you so much ? I will definitely be using this place from now on!

Have a newly opened business account with Paris for my company, The Drip Sneakers LLC, and they were able to work literally Magic on a very high price sports memorabilia item that I was able to successfully ship out to my happy customer. If you want for sure great care to and for your Fabrics, they will take care of you there.

I brought my two coats here to be dry cleaned. It had been a few years see using this company. The prices were kind of high but that was fine so long as the job was done. It was not done. Picked up coats, fuzz and dog hair, I don't have a dog, all over sleeves. Poorly cleaned.

Beware....do not use them. Bad customer service by management. They are rude, will lie to your face. They damaged my clothing and would not make it right.

DO NOT GO HERE! Terrible customer service and machines. Don't even dare to ask a question, because the staff has no interest in helping a new customer who isn't sure how the card system works instead of using quarters. Sorry to bother you Paris cleaners......I'll go spend my money somewhere else.

This place is not a reparable cleaner and always find a way to charge more. I will not be using them ever again.
