this insurance is a total scam. It does not cover any provider please nobody sign up for this insurance. It took my four payments that I canceled and they did not cancel my payment and they were withdrawing with my payment with my credit card without my authorization, they did not send me a receipt after third payment they sent me a receipt. Please be aware of this insurance .

OptiMed sincerely cares for their patients. Whenever I have a concern or question, the staff answers all of my questions in a timely fashion. They ensure my safety comes first. I look forward to seeing this staff every 2 months! They are friendly and I always have great conversations while I am here.

A wonderful place for an alternate site of care for specialty infusion and injectable needs! The nurses get to know their patients and it feels like a family! They have options for on site infusion care, or nurses to come to you in the comfort of your own home. They are supported by multiple accreditations which tells you they meet the highest standards of care! Check them out!

Infusions are never fun, but Optimed does their best to be hospitable. I love Theresa. She has a wonderful bedside manner and gives me animal crackers. It i had to do this, it's the best possible place.

Optimed Health Partners has been absolutely phenomenal to work with since I started home infusions 4 years ago. All staff members are extremely kind, knowledgeable and professional. The attention to detail including access to ask a pharmacist questions, scheduling being easier now via text and timely follow up after my infusions is impeccable! I feel very fortunate to have my infusions monitored by Optimed. I 100% recommend them, best care I have ever received!

Refills are seamless. Love the ability to fill out questionnaire regarding my specialty medication. Communication with Opti Med and staff are great! Especially appreciate Jen for her timely response!

OptiMed has been such a welcome relief to my hectic medical needs. I have been working with Jessica with getting set up, and she has been such a great help! She has calmed my nerves about switching pharmacies and talked me through everything that was going to happen in great detail. Thank you Jessica for all of your hard work. Optimed is AMAZING! The staff and facility makes getting infusions an easy process. They help you be as comfortable as possible and provide heated reclining seats, snacks, beverages, iPads, and t.v. The staff is personable, attentive, and make you feel cared for. The infusion nurse, Theresa gets to know you personally and truly cares about your life and health. I can not say enough good things about Optimed!!
