My wife had an issue with a loan where this bank made a mistake. They charged her enormous fees and told her they couldn’t help her. Instead of contacting her directly they mailed her a letter, welcome to the 1950s without any of the service

Customer service isn’t the greatest! Walked in at 4:45pm to set up a checking account and was told it was too late to do one since they close at 5pm, but that I could come back another day or on the weekend. I’m pretty sure if the business hours say 9-5pm… then that’s when customers should be allowed to walk in and do what they need to do. I get not “wanting” to stay later… but the customer service aspect of things should warrant a team member “going the extra mile” to stay 5-10 minutes after 5pm to gain a new customer! Their attitude said several things… but most importantly it said “we don’t care to have your business”! Not everyone can get time off work to come in before 4pm as the gentleman mentioned I should have done. When I expressed I couldn’t come before 4pm and that I really needed to get it set up before the weekend to ensure I had enough time for my check to deposit… the clerk I was talking to looked at the manager and said “can we swing a checking account set up in 11 minutes” and the manager said “yeaaa no”! It does feel like if I was of a different class and/or nationality… I would have been helped promptly … with no problems!

They greeted my husband with kind and loving respect.... I would recommend this bank to anyone thank you for being so kind hearted and respect to my husband and myself

Great people working at cork and Portage Rd. They try really hard to due everything. But service is much slower then in the past since they have not added more staff. Which can make a person who likes to bank I'm person very un happy

I did my banking business with the Gull RD crew for some years prior to it closing down, and was always highly satisfied with the service. Now, and since the beginning of the pandemic I've been working with the Millwood branch. I must say; I am impressed with the lighting speed in which my calls are returned, emails replied to, and solutions are provided.

I walked in to get a large withdrawal when the funds were available. I waited for 15 minutes and the manager came out with a letter saying the funds weren’t available. I left without making a scene. I call the 1-800 number and they tell me he flagged me for suspicious activity. In all the years with them I have never had a check not clear from a customer. Apparently they aren’t smart enough to see the multiple deposits from the same company every summer. The customer service rep confirmed the funds were available until the manager put a hold on them. I could write 3 more paragraphs about the stupidity of this situation but I won’t. Needless to say I’ll be closing my account and looking for a small business bank that believes in customer service. I love banking with old national, but I seem to have the worst experiences at this bank. When my husbands account was hacked I came in to try and resolve it. I sat in the waiting area for 30 minuets and by the time they got to me the bank was closed she told me I needed a certain document I had in my car I asked if I could go get it and she said no we're closed, remind the account had been oveedrafted by a fake check and we didn't have access to our money. Then this Sunday October 14th I go in the bank and again I waited 20 minuets to be helped just to be told I still had to wait another 10 , that wasn't the problem. I continued to wait to get my divorce papers notarized and she says to me he has to be there, I politely explained that he was there he just had to take our 2 year old to the bathroom and could walk in and show ID it was 11:59 and she says no we're closed. I'm extremely disappointed with this branch because they're so concerned about closing on time that customer service goes out the door. Hopefully they see this, and something changes.
