Service was fast and professional as advertised. Price was a little higher than my shop charges, even after coupon discount, but the convenience is worth it. I had to get the highest cost option to get the 0W16 recommended by the manufacturer.
Note that they can’t rotate tires, which is fine and matched my expectations. I read someone got their tires rotated here so I’m mentioning for future readers.”
“Calvin and his crew were great when I came in early July. It was maybe 10am and it was already a sweltering 88 degrees with the heat index projected to hit 104 that day. They were nothing but professional and a tight working crew. Even ran to the auto parts store to grab the correct cabin air filter for me. Calvin's easy-going but professional demeanor helped me trust the information given to me so I could decide on what services I wanted. That honesty from him and his crew made me feel great about going there. Will be back again! Thanks Calvin and crew!”

“These guys are THE best!
Both times I’ve called them, they’ve gotten my car in the same day and had me back on the road within 2 hours or less. Not only do they know exactly what they’re doing when it comes to your car, but they are so genuine, friendly and welcoming that it makes the experience of getting your car fixed, a little more pleasant!
This is the only place I now take my car. I’ve been to other places who have charged me ridiculous amounts of money and made me wait 2 days or more to get my car back. None of this happens with the guys at Dykstra. They even welcomed in my dog because I had her with me at the time. She enjoyed the fuss, attention and donuts!
I’d give more than 5 stars if I could. Thank you again guys!”

“I’m not one that thinks of leaving reviews at places. Dealership called and told me I was in need of new brake pads. I called these guys Monday, got a quote for $400 less than the dealership, they got me in Wednesday morning and I picked up my car before the end of the day. “Excellent service from Jerry and other staff. Very personable and helpful. I was driving home from out of state and experienced an engine fault. I towed my vehicle to D & S Auto based on Google reviews. I was not disappointed with the service. Although it took some mechanical detective work, the solution was found to my problem, and I paid a fair price. Would recommend D & S Auto of Kalamazoo to anyone. Thank you!”
“Fortunate that I was directed to Sleemans! The work was top notch, the communication was excellent during the process and the price was the best. Its often prudent so get a second opinion, and I do not malign the dealership for the first estimate. They are expert and command the rates they charge. However that does not mean that the same work cannot be performed in expert fashion as Sleemans proves this. I have my next appointment already scheduled. Gordy was very easy to work with and I would feel safe in saying true of all who work there. Highly recommended!!”

Let me start by saying , my day started with a mess and got topped off with spilling the entire 24 ounce hot coffee . When I pulled in for air in my back tire , I had no idea that my entire day would be turned around due to kindness, humor, skill, sound advice and just a feeling of being taken care of . These guys have no idea how important they are ! thank you so much for your help.”
“My car got extremely loud and I checked underneath to see that my exhaust had rusted and broke off. I called them and they got me in that same day! Fixed it the next morning and was done with my car before noon. I am highly satisfied and will definitely be coming back! I appreciate their service so much!”
“This location is always consistent and friendly. The staff are always friendly and inviting. As oil prices have increased so has the price of the oil change. If you get full synthetic don't be surprised if you drop around $100. Overall I prefer this location to the Portage Rd location where they aren't as friendly or helpful. Overall I would recommend RPM for a quick and friendly oil change.”
