Got my jacket back today and it was shrunk and not even just a little. I had plenty of room in it and now my arms will barely go in the sleeves and the button across the mid section won’t even button. Great timing for the wedding I have to use it for tomorrow.

Took a top there with leather trim and warned the woman at the front desk about it. She told me they could still clean it for me and she said she would make a note of it, but they ruined it and then refused to pay me for it because I didn't have a receipt! I did back flips to accommodate their request and even called the place where I purchased the item and got a screen shot of my order but they told me it wasn't a receipt so they couldn't reimburse me. They actually had the gall to tell me that the leather bled most likely because it was a knock off. Be warned that taking nice items to this place is not a good choice!!!!

I have been a customer since the day this store opened and have been extremely pleased with their work. The whole team does a great job, efficient, timely, great customer intimacy, quality service. I especially love how carefully the shirts are packaged - I can take a bundle of three right out of the closet and into my suitcase - they come out looking fresh and ready for the next business meeting. Oakwood Cleaners are highly recommended.
