Season 6 of Mythbusters on DVD is $30. No, it's not signed by each member of the cast and does not include a meet and greet. This is the same copy I saw at the store two years ago. It still hasn't sold.A used Lions Matthew Stafford replica jersey was priced at $75. I was told that these items are priced at 1/3 of what they are going for online. One minute later I found the exact jersey listed online for $15 new with tags. The prices are much higher than what items can be found for online.I did find several kids books for 1.25 each and the woman behind the counter was very kind despite my reaction to the price of the $15 jersey being priced at $75. She did say that I was not the first person to have that type of reaction to the price...which makes me think they are well aware that this is not an honest price, and anyone paying that is indeed being taken advantage of.Charging a fair price is understandable, charging more than the market value for an item at a thrift store is not ethical in my opinion. I really hope they make some changes.I have never seen a thrift store ever price a jersey over $20, and there was also a Red Wings jersey priced at $165.00.This used to be a must stop for me. I've visited well over 100 thrift stores around the country, and I don't believe I've ever seen more outrageous pricing.

Thrift store is very sparse, but prices are great. Staff are friendly. Location is easy to find.

First visit today. I liked the merchandise. I thought the jewelry was overpriced on the sterling jewelry for its condition (scratched, etc). But I think the household stuff was priced well. I will definitely revisit. Cashier was very friendly

We found this place on yelp so we stop by. This place is a step up from your basic thrift store. It's set up really nice. Really nice displays and the quality was really good. All the clothes are well organized and well priced. I purchased an instant camera for $15 with the case. My son got a few coloring books. Overall a great store to shop at.

Love this place! They always have exceptional stuff! New management is great! And all the proceeds go towards a great cause to reach more teens with the gospel!

This used to be one of best places to go to find deals that you were happy to find. Over the last year or so inflation has affected free stuff to a staggering degree. I used to go to this place several times a month and I'm no longer willing to even walk through the door. No longer a Thrift store. Period!

Great place, They are second store that is well organized. Allot to look at from furniture, books, clothes, a little bit of everything. Prices are reasonable. They are worth going to see what they have. Wonderful staff, great customer service and friendly.

I used to love shopping at this thrift store prior to the management change in early 2023.A recent example - I found two lamps on the floor with a price tag (4.98) on each lamp and brought them to check out. I was told the price was inaccurate and the items were actually 3x more than what the tag showed. This is one of my biggest thrifting pet peeves and is (in my opinion) unprofessional and greedy. I would have considered the higher price had the employee marked it at 14.98 originally. As an employee/owner, stick to what the tag says and cut your losses.

Used to be my favorite thrift store; no longer will be buying or donating here.Back when this store was "Nu Way," it was my absolute favorite thrift store in Kalamazoo. It was filled with racks of vintage, quality clothing for cheap prices. As a student on a budget, it was worth the time to dig and find treasure. I would regularly donate my unwanted valuables as well because I felt that this was the best store to give back to the thrifting ecosystem. Since the rebrand, those racks are gone and the prices have shot up. You can literally see the old prices marked out and replaced with new prices 5-8x higher! The manager seems to rationalize the new prices by looking at comparison prices of brand new items online - which means that this is no longer a *thrift* store, it is a *resale* store. Personally, I won't be visiting this store or donating here in the future.

Pleasant staff and atmosphere... however this isn't a thrift store anymore. It's a boutique shop. The few things I saw that interested me were priced Higher than Ebay!! When i go into a shop like this and they have done some research on items, I would expect the management to price things slightly lower than ebay averages. This used to be one of my favorite thrift shops until the recent remodel.

This used to be my favorite thrift store in town. They always had the coolest treasures at really affordable prices; a true thrift gem! But over the past year or so they've jacked up the prices considerably. I've seen old, plain, damaged sweatshirts (like majorly noticeable stains or holes) for $6 or $7. A set of three plain bowls for $50. Old coats for upwards of $20. Personally I think that's ridiculous. Most people go to thrift stores to save money, not to spend basically the same amount as they would at TJ Maxx or the clearance section at any chain store for things that are used. I wouldn't write New Way off entirely, I've still had a few decent finds where the prices weren't totally crazy. Unfortunately, New Way is not what it used to be, and you're probably better off going to the Salvation Army if you want a deal.

Easily the HIGHEST priced thrift store in the area and probably 3 surrounding counties if not more. $39.98 & $29.98 for USED Teva Sandals!? Seriously!?!?!? $25 for USED crocs!? $75 for a Denim hard rock jacket!? I almost had to ask if this was a joke, but refrained. How do they make money & stay opened? A THRIFT Store Serves 2 Markets of people - People who Literally CAN'T afford things and people who resell. I don't see this organization serving anyone. NU Way can Keep their things or try to list online where they still WON'T sell for those prices. Makes me want to write the owners. Their prices are SHAMEFUL. Truly yours from someone who spends hundreds of dollars at thrift stores each week. My thrifting friends agree. We WON'T be back

I LOVE NEW WAY!! I love how I can get gently used items for a third of the price new. From the name brand purses to the name brand clothing AMAZING!! Some clothing pieces still have original tags on them❣️The store is clean, fresh, and the staff is friendly. Furniture and home decor too is beautiful! The biggest bonus is it's going back into our local community Youth For Christ! AMAZING ?
