Called for a quote on a rental unit. Insurance had lapsed, I was looking for coverage. I told him, it had lapsed and why... he hung up on me. No explanation, no I'm sorry, just hung up. If you won't insure my home, just tell me, you didn't have to be rude. And yes, I'll post this on social media, just to let folks know.

Bruce helped us get out of a sticky situation when my prior agent was being unresponsive and unhelpful. He saved the day and got us set up with home and auto right away! Very pleased with the service and insurance coverage so far.

Excellent communication and prompt service. Friendly, honest and helpful. Great insurance and an easy process to obtain it. The idea of staying local and actually getting a real person when you call is a must for me! If you’re the same way I recommend Nulty insurance!

Hadn’t been to the market to compare policies for years. Sent out several inquiries. Nulty was one of the few who responded. Quick response via phone call and email. Quotes received quickly. Met with representative who explained the policies in detail. In my case I was able to save substantially on auto and homeowners insurance.
