Great facility. Management always returns your call if directed to voice-mail. Easy access and climate controlled.

I rented an indoor storage unit from National Storage for several years and the office staff was courteous and helpful. When I removed my items from the storage unit, I was horrified to find a dead mouse, mice droppings and a mouse nest in the storage space and on my belongings. The manager referred me to their insurance company contact who was rude and not empathetic.

I am so pleased with how the team at national has helped me so quick when I was in need and last minute. The process was so easy I’m so glad I didn’t go along with the other reviews that were on here because I have had a wonderful experience ??

It was nice place to store my stuff at the time I needed it. I felt that the price was a bit high for the unit and then they increased the price at the beginning of the year making it more costly and harder to afford. The staff was very friendly and helpful though

Horrible experience. Moved out and they still charged me 380 after saying I wasn't moved out. Manager watched us move out and he also lied and charged my card $200 at move in which was supposed to be free and he said it was credited to account which never was credited. Weather stripping was completely messed up when we first got our unit but we had to move our stuff in anyways because it was raining and we had uhaul truck. Never would fix it.

It was so convenient. I was able to get a storage unit immediately. They provided the lock. They were flexible with my check out. Although my credit card was charged after checkout, management refunded my card right away. Access requires an assigned code, so I always felt safe in the yard. The space was clean. There is not 24 hour access.

always had a positive experience with national mini storage, staff were super helpful with any and all questions. even when moving out of my two different storage units.

Used the website to lease two units, one in climate control and the other non climate controlled. The indoor unit smells STRONGLY like some kind of alcohol and very very dirty. Holes in the walls that you can see outside through (unfortunately I did not see this until we unloaded an entire 20’ U-Haul into the unit) what is the point in getting an indoor unit if you can already see that it has an infestation problem?!The outside of this facility smells like dog feces ALL THE TIME! There is standing water in every drive between buildings, you can see the sludge floating in it. I’m concerned that my belongings will be ruined by the time I am able to move them again.Upon my first arrival when the office was staffed (but my third day on site to unload), I was called when I ran behind another vehicle entering and the guy claimed he didn’t know who I was (odd because he called me!) I repeatedly told him it was not an ok time to talk as I had help for a limited amount of time and I needed all of that time to unload another full U-Haul. The guy then came to my unit, kept insisting that I speak with him and give my ID, it wasn’t until I finally caved to being flat out rude to him that he finally got the message. What an unfortunate situation when my move was already happening due to very sad and difficult circumstances.This is NOT an experience or atmosphere I would sign up for again. I moved from out of the area and had no idea what this place was like. Unfortunately my items must stay here for a bit. I’m so bummed.
