Do not buy Mophie's 3-in-1 charger. Even after they updated the firmware, you have to unplug it and then plug it back in for it to work properly.

I worked here for over a year and loved it. With any job you'll find that there are always hurdles to jump, but this is a family friendly place to work and the products and warranty program are amazing!

Mophie buttons on their juice pack are terribly cheap. Every one of my 4 mophies have had the buttons break off. Now I can't even take a screen shot. Cheap China crap. Don't buy.

I purchased my juice pack air for my iPhone 7plus a few months back and forgot to register it with the Mophie company. The case broke and since it had a two year warranty I contacted the company. I was impressed with how friendly and respectful I was treated and also how quickly they took care of my problem. In exchange for returning my broken case I received a new one at no charge except for the shipping and handling. Good to know there are still s few companies out there who provide excellent customer service and stand behind their products. Finally, if your tired of continually charging your phone and you want a charging unit that is not only efficient but has a sleek thin design I highly recommend the Mophie Juice Pack Air. Joe G.

My Morphy juice pack air makes me safer. You see, for some reason, my iPhone has decided to stop charging to capacity. This means that when the battery gets below 50% it drops rapidly to nothing and I can be caught unaware with no phone. This has happened it seems like a gazillion times. Need to call a Lyft to get home? Oops, guess not. Waiting for that special call? YEAh-not now. Out and need a clarifying conversation so you don't stand and wait forever? Oh well. Not feeling well and need to make sure you have a way to reach out? It won't be this! You get the idea. When your phone is dying and you NEED it- Mophie is there. Yes, you can replace an iPhone battery. It is a bit costly for a phone that is starting to lose its way. Yes, I could just go purchase a new phone and let's be honest it's getting to be time. I feel like I'm turning into my father but there's nothing else wrong this phone and I'd rather wait to purchase a new one until I have to do so. So, Mophie comes to the rescue. The juice pack air fits as a case and recharges the battery on the go. It provides many extra hours of strength. It's easy to remove. You can charge it alone, or on your phone at the same time as your phone, you choose the method. It provides something like 500 extra charges to your battery. If my phone lasts another year and a half (to use all of those), that will be amazing!! I've had absolutely no problems with the device and for that, I am extremely grateful.

I recently purchase the Juice Pack for iPhone 7. I wish I read the reviews on here first. The case is terrible! My biggest complaint is that a customer service rep told me it would be compatible with the wireless charging functionality in my car - come to find out it is NOT compatible. False advertising! The case's charging power is terrible. It takes forever to charge it, then it's dead after one day. There are much better options out there for half the price. Now I have to pay a return shipping charge for a product that was falsely advertised. I'm sure they will be out of business soon.

I ordered a mophie phone case and a cable on May 14th for a birthday gift. I was led to believe it would arrive 5-7 days later. It is now May 23, and I have yet to hear from mophie about shipping. I called today and the customer rep said he would call me back. 1 hour later and no phone call. I called again and was told they had sent a request to their operations department, but that they were closed. So why did I not get a call back to let me know this? I will NEVER do business with this company again.

I bought a Mophie using Groupon. It has a full charge but never worked, no matter what cable or phone I tried. Waste of $50.

I recently purchased a Mophie charging case for my iPhone. The charging capabilities are exactly as advertised. It works flawlessly in that regard. Here is why I can only give Mophie two stars: For my model, only one color (white) was available. After using the phone with the Mophie case attached, I quickly found that the case is quite smooth and slippery -- in the first week of using the Mophie case, I dropped my phone more times in one week than I had previously in 2 years using a different case. My Mophie case uses a micro-USB cable to charge the phone. I'm not sure why they decided to go with this type of cable instead of the easier to use, and sturdier lightning-to-USB cable that Apple uses. After 2 weeks of use, the cable provided by Mophie began to fail -- each time I plug it in, I have to keep moving the cable around so that the incessant beeping ceases. This cable is also much more difficult to quickly connect than the lightning cable. I then contacted Mophie and asked them to provide me with a replacement cable (my case was still under warranty after just 2 weeks of owning it) -- Mophie refused to honor my warranty without my having to jump through time-wasting and annoying steps that they have in place. It's obvious to me that these tactics are in place in order for Mophie to avoid honoring their warranty in as many cases as possible. To get a replacement cable from Mophie, I was told I would have to first return the defective cable to them. I was told by the mostly-rude Mophie rep that I would also have to pay for the packing and shipping of the return package. For a cable that couldn't cost too much, this tells me a lot about how Mophie does business. Again, their case charges the phone and performs well in that regard, however, consideration of Mophies lack of support and concern in honoring their warranty is something you should think about before purchasing Mophie products.

I purchased the juice pack for my S6 and I love it. It's a little bulky, but I love that it covers and protects my entire phone. It completely charges my phone to 100% and for me that gives it a 5 star rating! The convenience of not having to carry around a charger makes this case worth every penny!!

Two years later, my Mophie Powerstation Duo is still going strong and holds a full charge for weeks without use, so why the loss of a star? (It would be a half star less if Yelp had that feature.) I now have an iPhone 6s Plus that has a much bigger battery than my 5s. Charging my 6s Plus from 4% to 100% used about 90% of the Mophie's juice (my 5s would suck up about 45-50%.) Its true that the battery pack was designed back when phones were smaller, but Mophie does tout that it can fully charge an iPad when in fact it really can't. OVERALL: Good for small smartphones, it does the job for larger smartphones but sucks up most of the juice while utilizing just 1 of the 2 USB ports, definitely not for tablets.

AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. When I purchased the mophie spacepack I expected to be buying from a reputable business. Much to my dismay, this was not the case. I purchased my spacepack several weeks ago and, whether due to a design flaw or mine being a "lemon", my bottom piece fell off. I was unable to recover it. Unfortunately, mophie told me there is nothing they can do to help someone in my position out and encouraged me to buy a new one! Although I expected them to send me a bottom piece free of charge, I offered to pay for just the bottom piece to render my case usable again. They claimed it was impossible to do so. The customer service representatives were completely useless. The manager of the department offered zero solutions and I felt as though I was speaking with a robot. Just because these products are sold at apple does not mean they share business practices.

Very happy with the customer service provided by Mophie. Mophie makes I-phone cases with a backup built in battery pack. My case was having problems and they provide a year warranty. I was lucky and was helped by Betty Sanzchez who went out of her way to keep me happy and replaced my case standing behind their warranty. I would recommend this production to all my friends.

Just awful, and possibly damaging to your phone battery. Buy something else. I've now gone through 3 of these, 2 replacements sent by Mophie when I returned the others. Every one, same fault: Doesn't keep it's charge, therefore making it a heavy, clunky, 100 dollar phone jacket. If you plug it in, it will "remember" it's got a charge and then work for anywhere from zero minutes to an hour and allow you to charge. But since you needed a plug to make that happen anyway, this thing is useless. It will also disconnect and re-connect your your charger to your phone when you (per instructions) charge your phone through your case. This can lead to battery damage, it turns out, and shorten your battery life. Buy any other phone cover. There are much cheaper battery pack cases that actually work.

The mophie juice pack air is horrible. One week after purchasing the juice pack air, the standby switch no longer works. Therefore, in order to charge my phone, I have to remove the standby switch & plug the charger into the phone itself. In addition, in order to replace the standby switch, I had to take a picture of my receipt & fax it to mophie corporation because when I tried to e-mail the receipt to mophie corporation, mophie received the e-mail but could not see the receipt. It was a complete waste of my money to purchase the juice pack air at $99.99.
