This place now has a new customer for life. My wife's car had an issue that another establishment couldn't figure out. We took it to John at Monro's and within 10 mins he had the problem diagnosed, AND fixed! And what's better is he didn't even charge us a thing. Not alot of places like this anymore. Thank you for your service and I'll be letting everyone know where to take their vehicles for quality service in the future!

Scheduled to have my car looked at in the AM at 7:30, went in around 3:00 and my car wasnt even in their system. On top of all of it, they quoted me 3x the price of the true cost. Took it somewhere else and paid 500 compared to 1500.

Was quoted double the price another place did the work for. Brought car in on an appointment timeframe and was told no tech for several hours. Called several hours later to check on car and was told they didn’t even know my car was there.

I will share..... My experience..... On my way to Grand rapids from Indiana to drop kids to 6 and 7 their mother I pulled off into Kalamazoo to use the restroom which by the way was out of order.lol, that was at 4:53 am just so happens Monroe tire and car service was next to me which by all means godsent could of been worse..had I not stop ..
7:30 open appointment for 8am 9:30am

I asked the young man if that will hurt my tire driving on flat he say no. The policy they cannot put that tire back on the rim it's for safety he put it back on the rim pump it up and show me where the leak was on the side of the tire I said put it back on so I can go somewhere to get a tire cuz they want $238 for one tire which you don't have in stock and I'd have to wait until later this afternoon to get I called Walmart I got the same tire for $138 but because of their policies I had to go somewhere else to have it mounted which by the way that place help me out I mean 24.00 they put it on their balance it and
Discount tire in Kalamazoo Michigan they weren't trying to make me buy for new tires they put it on there for $24 thank u.
Over all. Omg. I think I'm venting a week later.

The guys here are amazing and always ready to help. I had to have an emergency oil change once and they noticed other issues and helped show me then helped me come up with a plan to fix it….today I had an emergency with my tires and all of these other shops refused to help and I remembered the amazing service I had here recently so we drove over and sure enough they were once again extremely helpful and changed my whole night! I will only come here from now on

The staff on hand it's just lazy. They don't wanna use anything other than a lyft to. Pick up a vehicle when they have floor jacks there for that reason. Bad quality place to go. Don't waste your time if you have a bigger truck

I was told at another tire place to leave my car and it would be done by close, 4 hours. I was at Monroe tire for less then 30 minutes. Both workers were pleasant, curteous, professional and the cost was low. Highly recommend.

Nice enough people. They can't do any work because of lack of technicians. Either in meetings or sick.
