“I had some issues from the start, went to Gull rd. Store twice, they tried to fix my problem. But the guy that helped me at Drake an Westmain really knew what the problem was , and had me hooked up an ph working perfect in bout 10-15 mins tops! Thank you so much, an happy Father’s Day :)”

“This store is the most horrible store I've been to. They give false information just to lock you in to a plan and tell you how to beat there own system to get you to purchase phones turn it on then you get cut off by Metro because this store waived a fee that has you locked in to cut off your services to get you to pay more fees . I understand the young homely girl is trying to earn. Commission but come on dude. Y'all act like y'all desperate to make money ..went back to get a phone through my insurance and was told to break my phone more because it didn't have and cracks. Then my other line I was told that they didn't take dropped phones after a year of paying insurance on the phones sick of y'all dropped calls and the phone only last a good 6 month. The black lady that work there doesn't know how to talk to nobody”

I had to buy a new phone and I' not tecky!!Will and Tyler BOTH DESERVE A BONUS.They are both patient and helpful AND have to deal with all the "South Haven people & all the challenging Issues."They are both awesome with all the customers. Please consider a bonus for them !!! (I'm not sure how many people would be as patient as they are).”
“Amazingness! These guys saved the day! Had a bit of a melt down when my phone completely froze up on me. Drove to the store immediately and within 30 seconds they had me up and running again. Also, they showed me what to do in case it ever happens again.”

“I stopped in while in the area. Someone recently shared the Wild Fable clothing line and I wanted to see it in person. This target was well stocked with a variety of colors and sizes. It's a casual fall color themed display. It's also back to school time! There were lots of supplies and snacks available! If you're looking for a well stocked store, this one delivered today. The store is clean and checkout was fast!”

First young man was not listening & when phone did not work & just wanted to make calls & receive calls.So when we arrived at home, away from the store. And "no" book in box,Had to run back up & a nice young lady (girl) fixed the phone, so we could make calls & receive them as well. Thank you!”

“I wanted to take the time to appreciate the manager Walter and his representative Alex for their transparency and honesty today while helping me with my issues. I went to get a new phone as a treat to myself (after shattering my phone completely an hour prior). I just moved to the Kalamazoo area and truly their service and personable charisma was a blessing. Nothing was going right when I was trying to create a pick up order and new line online and even though these two were not able to fix the immediate problem at hand (was out of everyone’s control, and trust me they tried; I was there for a solid 2 - 2 1/2 hours) I still was able to leave with exactly what I wanted. Thank you again, Alex and Walter, for being so customer oriented even in a position where commission is crucial to your jobs. I appreciate you both so much!”

“I went in for an issue I had previously had with my phone not having service. The first Verizon store I went to I was told, "There's nothing we can do." When I arrived at the next store, Dustin listened to my complaints and past experiences and immediately began figuring out different solutions. After about an hour, my phone still wasn't working, but he was able to order me an upgrade to a new phone.”
