There are so few places these days that offer exceptional Customer Care. As a retailer myself, I understand the difference between Customer Service, which all companies try to provide & Customer Care which Midwest Collison does supply From Joe, Stephanie & the entire team, this is the ONLY place I reccomend for having your car repaired after an accident. Absolutely wouldn't recommend gave me the run around wasted my time have a brand new car with a stock paint job they don't feel comfortable doing after telling me they would and having an appointment for almost 2 months if they don't feel comfortable doing this job no way I'd ever want them working on. Very slight fender bender, but found out they had to order a new rim. That had taken more time, cause the first rim was (defective) But still close to keeping the completion date. We were kept informed, of the delay's only had taken about three and Half day's past the expected due date. The car looks great, good experience having them work on my vehicle.Services: Body & Trim

The got me in to write up an estimate on my vehicle for me. Had used them sometime ago...guess what they remembered me and I was still in their computer system. And, the are good people...easy to talk too and work with. I recommend...they paint also and do a really good job at it.

I have used this body shop twice. They do high quality work and the gentleman at the counter who wrote the estimates was very thorough. They even repaired some unrelated scratches on adjoining panels.
