All of my experiences here were wonderful. The one young man with glasses was so helpful, went far out of his way, more than he should have, to be helpful! Both young men are so polite and considerate. Thank you for your great customer service!

I'm not happy with the phone. It clearly said you can go and get any one of the phones they have galaxy LG etc I wanted the galaxy 13 kid said he didn't have any and wasn't getting them so he gave me a cheap phone that didn't look new never got a box or anything else that should of come with it. He didn't tell me anything about the plan or help me with anything. Not sure if I will stay with metro going to try it for a month and see if anyone fixes the problem if not then they don't need my business most definitely can afford to go to someone else. Time will tell

After a long frustrating night at work where my phone refused to charge, I went into the store ready for battle. Instead, the man working there was kind, professional and got me a replacement, an upgrade and on my way in about 30 mins or less. I'm so grateful he was a great person. Turned my had night around.

Trying to charge me a Additional 80.00 for things I Don't Want... A phone that Says 120.00 plus a 20.00 activation plus a 30.00 Phone Case Plus Screen Protector!! Dont tell Me its 120.00 if your Making me Buy it for 200.00

Not happy with the employees, they dont seem to care about nothing. I went in to buy a phone and was treated as of my business doesn't matter. The employees get new phones in and if there is only one or two they go to themselves. I definitely have to find a new service provider, they treat everyone as if they can't get AT&T or other providers. I came to metro from AT&T thinking I want to save a few bucks but customer service is more important to me, and AT&T isn't great but they try...So it's official: THIS PLACE SUCKS!!!!
