Best store to get a phone these people in this store do their best to help you!! And there is a rep in there Iyona that applies you to a discount program and gives discounts on accessories!!

Went to this store 2 times today. The customer service worker Debbie) was absolutely useless. The phone wouldn't turn on (reason for going in to the store.) She saw the name in the recipt wasn't mine and basically said I can't help you. We had our words to each other and I left unsatisfied with no help at all. She didnt even touch the phone. It was something she could have fixed with out having to even get unto the account at all. She was rude and very unhelpful and this store has the worst customer service ever, do better man iths is rediculous

The guy that helped me didn't give me receipt or account pin. Then he got really rude with my fence. Bad customer service and looking into legal action since can't get any help. I mean can't even make changes to the account.

Horrible customer service. Bought a charging cord that was defective. Attempted to return the defective accessory after 20 days but they refused because it was beyond the 14 day return period. Instructed me to contact the manufacturer for recourse. Would give zero stars if possible.
