I purchased a brand new car from Metro and had them install a trailer hitch. Spend over $65,000, only to discover the lights don’t work when I needed to pull a trailer. I’ve called 4 times over the last month. They have made no attempt to help. Luckily I can still drive the car, good thing it’s not a more serious issue. I strongly encourage if you’re looking for a new car or need aervice to try another dealership.

Bought a Toyota Grand Highlander from Terry Baker in April. As soon as I walked into the dealership, it was a first class experience. Just went for a 5000 mile tire rotation and service check - timely, great communication, friendly service, and excellent waiting area. Especially enjoyed the cold brew and quietness. I haven't drove a Toyota in a long time, but I am sure to be driving this Toyota for many years!! Thanks Terry for the excellent communication, knowledge, courtesy, and opportunity to enjoy driving a Toyota again & all the staff at Metro for a great local hometown dealership.

Rob was very professional, knowledgeable, and attentive to my wants and needs as he guided me in the purchase of my Toyota 4 Runner. He took time to show me all the options and how to use them, patiently answering all my questions. He was not a typical, pushy obnoxious sales person, and I always felt he had my best interests at heart. I would highly recommend him to my friends and family.
