Front of house management at customer service is a complete joke. The woman working today was completely disrespectful and profiled my husband and I while trying to do an exchange. Her sorry excuse for customer service let alone management, is an embarrassment to the store. I wish I could remember her name. We didn't get ANY assistance and were treated so rudely, until the store manage came up and handle the conflict like a professional and looked up my receipt in TWO SECONDS, and was able to process my exchange for my 80 year old father. I believe her name started with an S....Sara or Susan. Whoever works your customer service station as a manager shouldn't be in management, let alone customer service. Your management and higher ups can look at how much money my father and I both spend at your location.....we will be taking our business elsewhere from now on!

This location is always clean and has plenty of parking. I love the size and layout of the store. Very open and easy to maneuver. There are plenty of store models to view for easy reference when planning your next home improvement project. The only reason for knocking off 1 star is sometimes it is difficult to find an associate for help and then when you do find someone, it may not be their department so they are not always able to be as help answer any questions.

It took me 10 minutes to get help in the lumber department today. When I finally got help the people working had zero idea on how to help me after telling them exactly what I was interested in.
I simply wanted to make sure 2 foot by 4 foot outdoor table with weather treated lumber.
When I finally got help from some who actually worked in the department he answered his work phone in the middle of a conversation without even so much as a one moment please”.
Thanks for wasting my time!

This menards is clean and friendly and they are set up similar to all the rest. I would do 5 stars but they just don’t seem to always carry what I need. Today I needed a bolt for our tub and while I was able to find a temporary one in hardware, the plumbing department fails to sell replacement bits and such. So I had to order from Amazon. But you can buy everything from milk and cereal to furniture and clothes…just not hardware when you need it :)

The people at the store are very friendly and helpful but there delivery services is tearable delivery set up for a Wednesday no delivery said they would deliver on Thursday parked in front of my house and called to say they had the wrong address
When I told him he was in front of me house he got mad and drove away
After calling the store finally got me delivery that afternoon
Wasted a hole day waiting on this delivery

Was browsing the other day looking to pick up a few things for some projects over the weekend, and a young man working, Robby Morgan saw me wandering a bit aimlessly and was extremely helpful. Excellent and service, I much prefer this to the Menards on Gull road!

Menards usually has better prices on lumber, and ordering online and picking it up on the lot is faster in theory, but often the gate attendant is EXTREMELY SLOW and obviously doing a lot of chatting. If you just need a few boards, Lowe's is definitely quicker. There have been many times that I've submitted a rebate and not received a coupon. The cashiers having their backs to the customer is so awkward. And I hate the jingle.
Management, it's not a good look to put the same message on every post, when reviews are telling you exactly what you could do better. If you want to do better, start actually responding to people's bad reviews.

I went here today to rent a rug doctor and had a horrible customer service experience. Ended up walking out in the middle of the transaction-The lady at the service desk was so nice until it came time to sign papers.She over charged me for a two day rental- and when I questioned it she literally threw the paper work at me from across the desk and then told me that “it was too late and it was already in the system.”Their website states that 2 day rentals are 49.99- and when she handed me an invoice for $91 I wanted to verify.I asked her to give me a second and pulled out to my phone to which she replied “I don’t know what your doing the price is the price. She rolled her eyes, huffed and puffed, and threw paperwork at me from across the desk. I understand they were a little busy- I worked retail for 10 years so I getIt. I was also in management for 4 of those 10 years and know that this type of behavior is unacceptable. I will no longer be going to this store if this is how they want to act when customers have questions about being over charged.

Smiles, eye contact, politeness, good smelling. Could update lumber ordering process, and install zipline in lumber yard would be a nice touch.
