We always go to Menards for home improvement and gardening projects. I’m in the process of selling my house, and we purchased a pressure washer last night to use on the house and sidewalk / driveway. We put it together this morning and it would not start. We took it back to see if we could get a different one, and multiple managers wouldn’t do anything to help. They gave us a list of places in the area to call and see if they can fix it. It’s brand new!!! Now we’re out almost $400. My neighbors have seen us trying to get it to work all morning, and asked what happened.. I’m guessing a lot more people are reconsidering Menards after hearing what happened to us.

Bought a power washer last night, it would not start after I put it together. Three levels of management said because I put gas in it, I have to take it to a third party to diagnose. Cannot return or find someone who cares.

Has everything you need from tents to potting soil to lighting, food, beds, and more! Super friendly staff. Had a wonderful conversation with a gentleman in the lightning department. Great deals and prices. Highly recommend!

Way way way better in service than the crappie East Menards customer service. After 10-day delay update by east Menards, I have ordered from here and called them to see if they can deliver early. They listened to me and they delivered the next day at 8 am! Also, I liked the toddler yellow car/cart. This helps people like us who have hyperactive toddlers but still need to shop. Great Service. From now on, this will be my means to go whenever I need anything.

Honestly, I love menards! I don't love their lumber buying process though. You have to go inside and all the way to the back of the store to get your ticket, go to the registers at the front to pay for it and then drive around to the back and pick it up. This could be better if the purchasing desk was up front or if you could purchase the lumber in the back.
