I prepaid for gas and got a couple drinks. I went out to the pump and it wasn’t working. They said I didn’t not prepay $50 on the pump. I was charged double on my card. The people working were absolutely rude. I will never go back to this meijer gas station ever again

This place is horrible- and literally the only time I have ever seen a 1 star review on Yelp.Staff is rude and accusatory.Soda machine never works or it’s out of syrup. (Never is a strong word- but as an avid Meijer shopper I have literally stopped in about 6 times in the last year for a fountain Pepsi and have never been able to purchase one).Store is a mess.The windshield cleaning stations at the pump are never stocked.There is NO WAY the home office knows about this location and how rough it is. Having worked for a Meijer Gas Station before I know for a fact this wouldn’t fly. There are several other gas stations in the area that are much much better.

Super upset came in today to get gas & use my rewards for my mperks on my gas & the guy with the glasses at the counter was pretty rude about it I don’t think I ever wanna come back to this gas station anymore when shopping at this location be ready for rudeness & no help with your mperks !!

The cashier was rude, the store dirty, and bathrooms were disgusting. Mike or Mark, whatever his name was, should not be working with the public in any way.

I was there today 3/13/2023 around 1200 pm got gas and went inside to get something else, cane back out to check my oil before I left and none of the pump stations had paper towels to check your oil/etc i went inside and asked a worker and his reply was nope we don't have any or we don't carry them, I was shocked and said ok, he did offer napkins in the food area. A million dollar company and no paper towels to check your fluids, wow that's embarrassing!!

Very clean facility, with friendly staff, they have a great selection of snacks and drinks including customary gas station hot food items and fountain pops. Beer cooler is always well stocked, and cigarettes are a plenty. The bathrooms are well maintained and fully function. The gas pumps all look and function very well and are inspected regularly and clearly marked as such. I would absolutely recommend this gas station to anyone and everyone.

Convenient location on a busy corner. Basic Meijer gas station. There is an air station for filling tires, it does cost 1.50. There is a car wash next door. Staff is usually friendly. Tends to be busy most times so take care getting in and out of area.

Just relocated to Kalamazoo started working at the local shop going to the Meijer gas station previously I worked at a speedway gas station so I know about customer service.employees are totally rude asked about the hot food that they make and wanted to know about pizza I was told they only make one per day and that someone bought them all so and that's how it was said to me totally unprofessional if you ask me when I go every morning and spend 20 plus dollars
