Poor customer service. Had an order sent over by the doctor around 10:30am for my son, tried to pick it up at 3:45pm and it’s still not done (it’s an ointment). When I told them I had an issue with this, they lacked sympathy and said “walk ins come first”… I have my orders sent in by doctors so I’m not wasting my time or gas. Yet here I am, doing it anyways.
I’ve contacted the BBB.

Meijer pharmpharmacy went out of their way to make sure I got at least a partial refill one a hard to find prescription. I can't thank them enough.

This place has always been a mess. They gave me double my dosage of antidepressants when I was 14 and I ended up overdosing at school. Still traumatized from that. But nowadays they are sloppy with refilling my meds. I got told there was a new supplier- assuming it was for the price of the medicine. And I’m still paying the same price for them- if not more. My refills are inconsistent on how they hand them out. The bottle never looks the same and I’m lucky if my amount or pill appearance is consistent.

Why yall gotta say the names of my prescriptions so loudly, it’s very embarrassing, I swear I talked with a man yesterday about my prescription for prep as well as two other prescriptions (Pre-exposure prophylaxis), I looked online but it wasn’t in my chart either so who knows. I’m going to look around for a different pharmacy because it was a very embarrassing experience. Good vibes to you all tho /._./

Dispensed my prescription to another person with all of my personal information on it. Half of the time, my prescriptions are supposed to be ready so I wait in a very long line to find they are not. The staff is overwhelmed.

Anytime my parents need there medicine never have it in stock. How do you never have nothing in stock. Time to fine a new pharmacy for them.

You are told a prescription would be ready in an hour, go there hours later, still not ready after you wait in line for 20 min. Staff does not apologize, nor cares about your time.

My antibiotics were $2.50 but no wait. My boyfriend who had same prescription had to wait 30 minutes but had no cost!! Horrible service!!

I wished I could give this less than one star. Horrible communication. They will just sit on a prescription with no communication if there’s any issue with filling it and leave you completely in the dark until you call them. Not helpful in any way shape or form.

I'm a long time customer. This USED to be a fantastic pharmacy. This place has turned terrible in the last 18 months. Apparently they can pick and choose when to fill prescriptions and lie about the reasons why they won't fill it. Insane. Highly recommend using a different pharmacy.

I love the ease of the drive thru pharmacy.
