I bought the most comfortable mattress that I did not know I would be able to find within my price range. The process was quick and easy and the salesman, Andrew, was super helpful and informative. Would definitely come here for mattresses in the future!

Classic, quality products. Knowledgeable, non-pushy salesman. Very fair prices (I checked) even before the Memorial Day sale pricing brought it down a couple hundred bucks. Locally owned - the owner was sitting on the sales floor and checked in on us a couple times in the process - so you get the warm fuzzies there. Fast delivery and even helped move our old mattress upstairs to a guest room. This was our third purchase from Mattress Mart and will be the only place we go to in Kalamazoo for as long as we live here. Highly recommend.

Went in with a budget I wanted to stick to and Guss showed me great options and never tried to push me away from that budget. He found us a perfect option in a short amount of time and was great the entire way through. Delivery was also on time and perfectly set up.

Great mattress buying (and delivery) experience from the Drake Rd store. Purchasing a new mattress in over a decade, Guss answered all our questions, no pressure sales and great guy to boot. Our sales person Gus, was extremely helpful and informative. The whole experience was enjoyable. The selection process was unhurried and unpressured. We were able to find , what I believe, is the best mattress for us at a very agreeable price. We recommend Mattress Mart wholeheartedly.

My mom was looking for a bed today . Gus really helped her find what she needed He was very helpful, friendly and she didn't feel pressured . He gave her a great Black Friday deal . Got our new mattress today Guss had all the information we needed to decide what was best for us. He pointed out the mattresses most likely to fit our needs and gave us ample opportunity to test them out. Besides that he’s fun to talk to. We’re happy with today’s shopping experience.
