Jeff and the team are AMAZING!!! They helped me out(I’m across the state) with my daughter’s VW Jetta when the battery died (she is a new student at WSU).
So thankful for all the help and communication!
We now have our go to place for her car maintenance and if any issues arise.

I recently had my son’s 2016 BMW 328i serviced by Master Mechanics for a drivetrain malfunction. We were able to get the car in for service far earlier than scheduling with the dealership, but equally important the repair was completed at a significantly reduced cost to me. We did have an issue with a replaced part (turbocharger) following the repair, but Master Mechanics got us scheduled right away and resolved the issue without any hassle. The team was a pleasure to work with, very professional, and I plan to have all my non-warranty repairs completed by Master Mechanics in the future. I highly recommend Master Mechanics for BMW service and gladly give them 5 stars.

I needed an inspection done ASAP and needed my truck back same day by 11:30. Master Mechanics took great care of me and my truck and had me out the door with time to spare. Highly recommend these guys for their prompt service and hard work.

Wow!! So impressed:) I drive an old Jeep that is near the edge of letting go and Austin and team fixed her up just right to get me through the year before I journey into the land of new car ownership. The staff is honest and thorough, very helpful and easy to get in touch with. Prices were reasonable, especially given the work I needed done and on top of all that the shop is super cool, decorated with retro car memorabilia, there’s a sweet shop dog that wonders around and just an over all neat vibe. I finally found an auto shop that I will go back to. Great work! Highly recommend!

Took in my hopeless VW that limped on the way there. Turned out to need a new high pressure fuel pump and I left with a perfectly running car again. They gave me a car to use the two days it took for them to fix it and let me run in at close to get it back. Couldn't recommend them enough. They know their stuff and explained everything that needed done and what will need done in the future. Will definitely go back :)

Brought in my BMW w/ some sort of air leak. They found the issue right away. Made an appointment for 8am and had an answer by 9:17am. Great speed at diagnosising and explaining the exact issue in detail. Little pricey, but you get what you pay for.

Horrible service brought my car here because I heard they were the best in town. Total waste of time. Didn't do anything to my car still had to tow it away to another shop. Still got charged $140 for my car sitting in a parking lot untouched. Not a honorable shop will take advantage of you. Once I told the guy what are you guys charging me for he said you make a lot of sense boss came up and said still charge her.

Was introduced to MM for a previous repair and found them to be really credible - straight shooters. I have an older truck that has a lot of miles on it. I went back to MM to help with a couple issues and again find them to be really genuine and proactive. What I really appreciate is that they offer solutions that balance function and cost. Owner is top shelf and it shows throughout the team. I'm a fan - they're my new "go to."
