After they replaced my car's engine and I drove it out of their lot, it started acting like it wasn't going to start. It sat in their back lot for a month before they could even look at it, so I hoped it would get better now that it was being driven. But 3 days after I brought it home, it died completely and had to be jump started. I called Maple Hill the next day and told the service lady it had no problem starting before I took it there. She said it's not their responsibility and it will cost $155 just for them to "look" at it! I was like, are you kidding me???So I jumped the battery and drove to Advance Auto Parts. It took their machine about five minutes to show my alternator was fine, but the battery was very low. They didn't charge me to diagnose the problem, and even installed my new battery for free. Now it starts like a champ!I will drive an extra hour to Grand Rapids before I ever take my car back to Maple Hill Hyundai again

My husband took his car in yesterday for oil change and tire rotation. He decided to mark right rear rim with tape just for reference before he went in. After oil change and alleged tire rotation, tape remained on right rear rim. He pointed this out to service person, who blatantly lied and said tires had been rotated. really???? My husband complained to girl covering for service mgr (who is out for the week). She said "are you worried about the $19 you paid for the rotation"? again REALLY?? How about the fact that the service was never done?? We are absolutely DONE with this dealer.

I had a very easy buying experience with my car purchase through Maple Hill auto group. Customer service was very friendly and answered all of our questions. However, slight issue with the second key fob to my vehicle. The keys were not on the same key ring like all the other keys on the desk. After we signed all of the paperwork I was provided the second key fob. Once it was found hidden in a desk drawer. The second key fob is extremely beat up and missing the internal key. Unfortunately they were not willing to assist me in getting a new key fob. Paperwork had already been signed for not accepting the key fob warranty. So now I am out the cash for having to buy another key fob for my vehicle. Slightly disappointing.

My recent experience with MHAG was excellent, as I hoped. My Volvo required some warranty service and recall attention and it was completed quickly and stress free. The service staff was friendly, courteous, and professional.

This place does not care about you, they just want your money. When their techs do something wrong and you point it out, they get on the defensive and argue and make excuses. If you show that you are upset they will tell you to leave and refuse service. This has nothing to do with covid, I had an issue with this place before covid. They broke the transmitter for my vehicle and when I pointed out that my car didn't lock anymore they tried to say that my key fob was broken before I came in, which it wasn't. They reluctantly order me a new one and then act like they were doing me a favor. When I had to come back for the third time I let them know I was unhappy and was treated poorly by Hanna, she is the service manager. So basically you have to take their crappy work and like it and if you don't then you're SOL. Do not bring your car here, do not buy from here. This is the only way change can happen.

Outstanding customer service. I received a letter about my VW Tiguan and I reached out to the service manager Jeff . He answered all my questions in a timely manner. Scheduling service was just as easy . I highly recommend Maple Hill , you are definitely treated like Family

We bought a used Outback, fully trusting in the thorough “certified pre-owned” inspection and work they did on the vehicle prior to bringing it home. Fast forward a year and a half and it starts making a troubling noise. Since they’re scheduling four weeks out (really!?) I take it somewhere else and find out the strut looks new but was not assembled or installed properly. In addition it wasn’t aligned after the strut install AND some of the parts were not the proper parts

I have purchased two vehicles from Maple Hill Auto and am more than satisfied with the service. Dennis was able to set us up with an appointment to drive and then purchase our 2018 VW Passat during the COVID-19 restrictions. We were in and out with our car in no time. I recommend Dennis S. As a salesperson and Maple Hill Auto as a dealership.

First time buying a new car, and it couldn't have been a better experience. Worked with Nick H. on setting up test drives of the two Hyundai models I was considering. He was not at all pushy, was very helpful, and understood that we were comparing a few more cars elsewhere before purchasing. When it came time to buy here, I was not at all worried about being talked into something I didn't want or need. Nick was great, as was Matt when it came time to signing the paperwork. I'm hoping not to need a new car for another decade, but if I needed one, I'd come back here in a heartbeat.
