With an urgent need to have my tax returns submitted before leaving Kalamazoo for a medical family emergency, I am very, very grateful to this extremely professional and understanding group. I highly recommend Lockwood Tax Center, Inc. for all of one's tax needs. My return was somewhat complicated, but all was done promptly with great care. I am a long-time client of Lockwood Tax Center, Inc. and have chosen to be because they are excellent.

We have had Richard at Lockwood do our taxes for the last two years. While the taxes were done correctly, there is ZERO communication with this company. Last year, we needed an extra copy of our taxes (electronic or paper, didn't matter) and we called to request. Receptionist put me into his voicemail and I left a message. No return call. I emailed. Still no reply. Second call. No reply. I finally just went in and requested in person. This year, we had questions about the unemployment tax being refunded. The receptionist had no idea and Richard, once again, did not return our call after we left a message. We will not be using them in the future.

Very professional, responsive to my special tax needs. And they are fairly priced. Not sure from previous reveiw why there was a problem with covid. I found it to be a very clean, no caughing anywhere, there was air purifier going and glass up protecting everyone. They manage people in the waiting area so you 6 feet away.

Gave my friends bank information to two of their other clients and told her she would have to start over with all of her auto pays and bank account because of their mistake. She received someone else's funds. screwing up 3 clients taxes and compromising all three. They made a "boo boo." They had one job and couldn't even do that right, leaving the mess for her to clean up!
