My wife and I had the kitchen and bath in our home in Mattawan MI, remodeled in early 2015. Over the past seven years our kitchen faucet and the one in our guest bathroom began to leak. I called Jerry Dylhoff, the owner of Kitchen and Bath Unlimited, who originally installed the faucets. He told me the kitchen sink was made by Kohler and the one in the bathroom by Eclipse. He suggested I call Kohler and request the part needed to fix the problem. He provided their phone number and the part number of the faucet. When it came to the other faucet he told he'd have to look to see who made it. While looking, he discovered he had purchased the same faucet to use for display purposes. Since he still had it seven years later, he saw no need to keep it and asked if I would like to have it and if so, he would give it to me for free. I could not believe my ears. He even delivered the faucet to my house later in the day. This is a faucet I have been trying to fix for months and had resigned myself to having to buy a new one. I could not believe in one phone call he had helped me resolve two faucet issues in a matter of minutes. My wife was excited to as it meant the "honey do" that had been on her list for me for a long time would finally be completed. Folks, this is what outstanding customer service looks like and to me Jerry lives this everyday. On my next remodel or faucet replacement I have no question who I will call. I hope you do too. Jared is so helpful and knowledgeable about cabinetry. We needed a new custom vanity for our bathroom remodel and we are so happy we went with Kitchen & Bath for our vanity. Jared was helpful, kind and considerate. He took his time and explained everything to us. He provided us great options that fit within our budget unlike other local companies. Expected delivery of our cabinets were spot on and he delivered them personally. We absolutely love the look and quality of our new vanity! Would definitely recommended Kitchen & Bath!

While we are still in the planning process of remodeling our kitchen, our experience exceeded our expectations. We received personal, friendly, professional assistance from Sam (Contractor) and Char (Designer). We have a small area with some unique "complications"; however, they treated us as if we were as important as a larger client, and inspired confidence they will offer personalized solutions to meet our needs. The cabinetry they offer is excellent quality! We are very excited to see where we go from here.

We had our kitchen completly remodeled with the refrigerator recessed and the ceiling raised. We wanted to have it completed befor Christmas and they did it. New quartz counter tops, cupboards to the ceiling, and new electrical, including a new expanded service box. It was done from start to finish in 28 days. The contractor, Matt Cernik (MEC Contractors) was professional and did a great job. The quartz counter tops are wonderful and fit perfectly. The cupboards are soft close and wonderful. Everything including the lighting and the under cabinet lighting is great. We enjoyed working with Jared and would recommend them to anyone. Love it!

Worked with Jerad on a bathroom remodel and were very pleased. When it came time for the Kitchen we went back to Jerad and were not disappointed. Jerad was very attentive to details and my wife absolutely loves the final results. I highly recommend Kitchen & Bath Unlimited.

I always had great luck working with Jared, even referred my in-laws to use them when they did their kitchen.Unfortunately, when it finally came time for us to redo our kitchen, I couldn't get any help when I called the office, and could barely get Jared to email me back. Its been about 3 months and still haven't heard anything. I understand business is great right now, but that's how you lose customers.

Jerard the owner helped us with our bathroom project. He was great to work with. He answered emails/texts within a day. Matt the young man he has to change plumbing, move fixtures, if needed and placing the cabinets, counter top and faucets was respectful and knew what he was doing. I highly recommend Kitchan and Bath.

Jerad Dylhoff designed our kitchen remodel. The kitchen is small and Jerad utilized every square inch to give us the maximum cabinet space and counter tops. He carries a line of products that are high quality and affordable. He is professional, honest, and creative. We are highly satisfied with the finished design and product in our kitchen.

My wife and I just redid the kitchen and bathrooms in our new home and went to Kitchen & Bath Unlimited on advice of our realtor. We couldn't be happier that we did. From the moment we walked in the first day, Jerad, the owner, treated us like close friends and helped us with every step of our vision. He made time WELL after business hours and sat with us for over two hours planning every inch of our kitchen. Over the course of the remodel he was always available when new hiccups came up and was a frequent visitor during construction to make sure things were proceeding smoothly. We found their pricing very fair and there were no surprises at any point. Jerad asked what our budget was early on and kept to it, but produced gorgeous results. We got the "30 year kitchen" we were promised, and we couldn't be more pleased. Thank you!
