Their is a reason I went to a credit union, So I could access my money from where I work and now I can't access my money the day I get paid because no one is in the office. I'm fed up that these people are able to inconvenience people like they do and they feel good about it. On a holiday week I shouldn't have to pay you $10 to access my money on a Wendsday because you piles of garbage are closed on a Thursday.

I'm going to be done with kalsee soon. I can't get a loan with a 700+ credit score. I just wanted to take 68.50 in coins and put it in my checking account and they don't do that either. Absolutely nothing there for me. They won't do anything for me whatsoever. I took my coins to my other credit union and they happily changed my coins to cash without a charge. I've been a customer of theirs since 1999. I'm so over their nonsense!

This is a great place to bank! Not only are the products and services top-of-the-line, but the employees here are wonderful to work with. They take pride in what they do and put in the effort get to know their members personally and figure out how to best meet their needs.

Call center supervisor Veronica Baker threatened to close my account and mail me a check after refusing to let me speak to her boss. This all ensued after my wife and I had to call 5 separate times in an hour because they kept locking my debit card when making a mere $90 purchase. I asked to speak to her boss and she said she doesn't have to let me and then said she's closing it and hung up on me. They then called my wife and told her in order to keep the account open, I must be removed from the account. Needless to say, I will be opening an account with ANYONE other than them. Have had issues for years since opening and I am finally at my wits end. If you value your hard earned money, go anywhere other than Kalsee Credit Union.

After over 30 years with this credit union we moved our personal and business accounts. They even messed up closing our accounts. Management needs to pay more attention to the people they make branch managers. Sad.

Me and my husband started an account with them over a month ago. We were told that our debit card should be to us 3-7 business days. It's been over a month and still no debit card and each time we call they blame it on the mail! ALL my other mail is getting to me on time why not theirs? My husband called back again and the customer service lady was very RUDE and not helpful she was raising her voice as if we were children.
