Excellent customer service!! I lost the keys to my lock. They had it removed and put a temporary lock in its place at no charge!! That's how you take care of your customers!!

Highly recommend Kalamazoo Storage! I had my belongings in there for a little over a year and a half with no problems. Will definitely use again if needed. The location is convenient, the facility was always clean and management was very responsive!

I had my belongings in a unit for a little over a year and had a fabulous experience. I am always hesitant to use storage units but this was just great. The owner always answered the phone and was super helpful. When I lost the key to my unit, he came out and cut off my lock for only $35 when locksmiths were going to charge $120+. Units are also climate controlled and very clean. Highly recommend!

Awesome Stoage Unit! I’ve had a rental unit here for a year and a half and it’s a very clean and secure facility.
Yesterday i had lost the key to my lock and spoke with management. They replaced it for me while I was at work and updated me with the accommodations.

It would be nice to have a on-site dumpster so if anyone has stuff in storage the want to get rid of they can there without loading it up and taking it home to toss out or finding a place to dump it. I have used a few storage facilities and every place had an on-site dumpster that came in handy to everyone that had a unit.

Very clean facility and extremely responsive management. Layout makes it easy to maneuver in and out. Will definitely come back when a storage unit is needed again!

We were very happy with our service here. It was so easy to rent on their website and move out process. We felt like our stuff in our unit was safe and we also felt safe personally. There are security camera's and it's lit up well at night. Very clean unit and very clean premises. Oh, and did I mention their prices are reasonably!!! We will gladly recommend this company to everyone.
