took my velvet drive to craig at kalamazoo marine gear due to overheating. he told me it needed a new pump, told me the pump was around 3k so I did some searching for the pump found it for 1,200 and I ordered it from the same place he was going to. one heck of a mark up. whatever no problem. he put the pump in told me i was good to go. first time out transmission overheats. I call him he says buy a new unit. wow I just spent a bunch of money with you. he wouldn't stand behind his 1 year warranty. I also asked craig to take the whole trans apart because I didn't want anymore issues. I found out he didnt do that said he just put a pump on it. I will never be back kalamazoo marine gear lost my business and I will continue to spread the word to fellow boaters
