Poor staff, they don't sit down with you or work hard to get you what you need. They don't keep you informed. Just poor business on there end. I definitely don't recommend Kalamazoo insurance to anyone.

Kalamazoo Insurance Agency continues to provide great customer service. From day one I have felt that what sets them apart is the ease of doing business. I hold several policies for different areas of my life from hobby to business all with KzooIns. I know if I have questions or want to make changes it is a simple email and Krista gets a response back quickly. This is so valuable with my busy schedule.
