Experiencing Jackson Hewitt in Kalamazoo mi was great.I was amazed because I had a little time to get to work,and I went right in they was really quick with the other customers. I got in quick and out quick, I like that! I will definitely be going back to Jackson Hewitt.

I highly recommend using this service. Jackson Hewitt is a great company and Jodie at the branch on Main is so patient and knowledgeable. She really did a great job with my messy tax situation, I am so glad I used them. Unfortunately they are pretty pricey.

Jackson Hewitt was the only tax preparation company that immediately connected me to a real person. Within just a couple of minutes they scheduled an appointment to address my tax problems. Gail-Harmon and the staff at West Main Street in Kalamazoo are extremely efficient and resolved my complex tax issues quickly. I highly recommend them.
