I’ve taken my vehicle to J&J for years, Bobby has been very kind & helpful & done a great job with my vehicle, and it’s a very difficult vehicle so I give him major Kudos for fixing many issues.

Don’t waist your time! I called on Monday 12/5/22 to see if they can look at my truck.. Jim said they wouldn’t have time till Wednesday 12/7/22 . So I said I’d drop off Wednesday morning. Which I did… no call from them Wednesday, so Thursday afternoon I call . They said they was going to pull in that evening. No call back Thursday, Friday,sat,Sunday.. I call them Monday leave message call me back please let me know what’s going on. No call back Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday I call them again, they tell me they still haven’t looked at it.. he Jim would call me as soon as they did.. No call Wednesday, so Thursday morning I call again leave another message checking on my truck please call me back… no call back Thursday,Friday,Saturday,Sunday.. Monday morning 12/19/22 I went and picked my truck up ,,, they still hadn’t even looked at it. So I took my truck somewhere else that same day. My truck was fixed by lunchtime Tuesday 12/20/22 by someone else.So thanks but No thanks for waisting my time!
