Wow! What an all star team of providers and support staff! Everyone was inviting and helpful. They helped me a great deal with my issue and I’m very thankful. I’m also uninsured and found their pricing more than fair. Thank you Well Now on Gull Road in Kalamazoo, MI! Especially Dr. John Fisher, Makenna, and all support staff that worked on March 19th, 2024!

They are always so thoughtful and caring. I came in with raspy breathing and feeling pretty bad. I am a smoker which of course isn't good but have been all my life. They never preached to me about it only said once if you can you may want to try and quit for your health. They treated me called in some prescriptions and told me if I wasn't feeling any better to please go to the ER. I will never go anywhere else for my urgent care.

I took my kids in about an hour before they closed for the night. Front desk was nice, waiting area was clean, and we only had to wait a short period to be seen.Kayley and Kim were great, very nice. Kim knew exactly what would help my kids and she sent the prescription to Walgreens right away.Very happy with how well the visit went, start to finish, we were in and out within an hour.

That place is worthless. A bunch if kids work there and nothing. The place is a dump.we have been there 3 times and no good. One time gave us an antibiotic that they do not sell in Michigan. Said we do do exrays. Had to go er. So then the insurance tried to bill us for both. Because of the deal. Now this time my husband went there and it was dirty no running water in the room. Like he was a storage room. They did nothing for pain in the shoulder. But a shot and muscle relaxers. This a work thing. I tried to go the that place when I was hurt at work and I was told they do not do work related stuff. I would have much rather he be sent out across town to Woodbridge. But they sent him there.

3/13/24 update: several visits to this facility, always top notch. Today, as luck would have it, they were just implementing a new check in tablet system. Terrible! Felt bad for staff who maintained a good attitude as they struggled to get up to speed. Treated in reasonable time frame & prescription faxed. The payment system was also not functioning so they have to bill. Staff 10+, new information system 5. **Original post: As a walk-in, I was very pleased with the speed of check in & how quickly I was seen by medical staff. Less than an hour start to finish! My prescription was faxed to the pharmacy, which I appreciated.

I made an in person appointment and even though there were 24 patients in line ahead of me it only took 5 hours to be seen by a provider and even better, I got to go back home whole I waited. Angela and Whitney were kind when I booked my appointment, even helped me sign in online so I didn't have to do any paperwork. Tish was very helpful and has tender hands when it comes to giving shots. My provider Kimberly got right down to the point with what she could do to help. In my opinion all of these wonderful ladies should be compensated in greater ways for how much they do for their community, especially since I was one of the last patients the be seen for the day and they didn't let their exhaustion falter their manners. Thank you for your hard work!

I had an awful experience and will never use a WellNow clinic again.I visited the urgent care on Thursday, March 7, 2024 because of a likely viral outbreak. The visit itself was fine. The follow-up was unacceptably bad. The doctor failed to call in a prescription and a virus sample had a "problem" on its way to the lab and was never tested. WellNow never contacted me about any of these things. I had to call the office five times over the course of eight hours in order to get my prescription submitted. That was for an antiviral that is most effective within 72 hours of symptom onset. I would have been better off waiting to see my regular physician.

I had a laceration on my thumb which required stitches. Nurse Franky, provider James D and receptionist Kayley S. We're very attentive. I was in and out within an hour. I recommend them.

I’ve been dealing with some ongoing health things that seem to flare up after hours and weekends. I had a good experience at the Westnedge location but didn’t want to deal with the construction on Westnedge so came to Gull Road. It was a longer wait, but I was equally impressed with the doctor. He addressed the urgent issue and also helped me with a plan that would gather more info for my follow up with my family doctor.

Avoid this place. They screwed up billing our insurance and didn’t tell us until a year later. At that point the insurance company wouldn’t let us make a claim because it had been too long. So we pay Wellnow and then later find out there is another balance that doesn’t show up when we login to their website. They sent that to collections.

I had an appointment for my son at 6:45, we were seen and discharged at 7:30. Experience was good and a prescription was supposed to be called into Walgreens. I went to Walgreens and waited an hour and the script was not called in. Urgent Care was now closed and I had to wait until the next day to call them. I called after work and the receptionist said that the Dr. would look at it and call it in. I waited almost 2 hours and called Walgreens. Still no prescription. I called back to Urgent Care and they said the Dr. would get to it when they have time. They close in a few hours and I told them if it is not called in we would have waited two days to start the treatment. Not a lot of compassion or understanding.
