Horrible experience. Reservations were made and when I arrived was told that they have No vehicles. I had no ride home and walked to enterprise a received a vehicle within 5 minutes. Hertz is horrible! Do not use this company. They also charged me a no show fee of 60$. WTH..

Made a reservation for a car to use for 3 days while my car was in the shop. Got there and they told me "We don't do same-day reservations" and they have no car available for me. I asked if I was going to be charged the cancellation fee and was told I would not be charged. Liars. There is now a pending cancellation fee for $60 on my credit card. I have now spent over an hour on the phone trying to speak to someone in their billing department, still on hold with shitty background music playing.

I reserved a car from another rental company. When I got there, there were no cars. Hertz bailed me out - gave me a nice car - met the price of the other company. The rental agent at the Kalamazoo Airport was friendly, efficient and professional.

Kalamazoo, MI airport location is one of the worst I have dealt with yet. My reservation was set up through my insurance for a 3 o clock drop-off to my home when it didn't show up and I didn't get a call at 3:45 I called and after acting like he couldn't find my reservation he said that they DON'T offer drop-off or pick-up service per his manager Jeremie. when asked about anything this guy didn't know anything and the manager had left for the day and he didn't know when he was going to be back in, needless to say, the issue was not resolved and I have no car, and no answers. EVERYBODY at this location needs to be replaced especially this manager Jeremie!!!!!

I do not recommend to rent from them. I recently just had an issue with them. Hertz held deposits/holds on my card and usually when your contract is over they are suppose to send a release form to release the holds. Long story short they didn't and they double charged me and left my account negative. Now I am accountable to return the money back to my bank. They are doing some fraudulent stuff because they went bankrupt!!!
