Do not use their service department! Brought our Jeep here for an issue we were having and the kid at the front (Andrew, I think) was dismissive and had a know it all, non customer service attitude. The service department couldn't replicate our problem so we paid $260 for nothing. However, as soon as we got out to the parking lot to drive away, we were able to replicate the problem. Andrew wasn't willing to look at the Jeep a second time. Also, they wouldn't tell us any of the diagnostic steps they took when trying to find the issue, so not only do we still have the same problem, but we also don't know what potential issues were eliminated when trying to diagnose it. We paid $260 for nothing. They claimed their were no fault codes in the system but refused to show a print out of the clean vehicle scan. For better service, direct your business to Zeigler Dodge in Plainwell!$260 for no proof or helpful documentation, no resolution, no motivation to fix the actual problem when we could replicate it, and an arrogant service manager... Terrible customer service and a rip off!

Terrible experience with their service department. From the first month I owned my Jeep I had battery service lights and start stop not available. Took it back to them numerous times and they told me that I wasn’t driving enough miles. I took it in at around 34000 miles and they told me they charged the battery and did an update. The start stop worked one cycle before the warning came back on. Contacted Seth about this and he told me due to the fact that I was now at 37,000 miles they may not cover it and it would take another 2 months to have it looked at due to being short staffed. After numerous wasted appointments I changed the batteries myself. The battery store said the auxiliary battery was completely shot and the main battery had dead cells potentially due to the auxiliary battery being bad. The new batteries have been installed for over 1 month and stop start works at virtually every stop light. This was never the case the entire time I owned the Jeep. One more issue is the body is rotting due to a known issue with the paint on the aluminum. The staff has been very nice at their body shop but I have waited over 8 months for the parts to come in. I received a phone call about a week ago telling me the parts have been received but they are short staffed so they will not be able to repair the Jeep until March 11. I am very disappointed with this. I will say that the body shop has been pleasant the entire time which is much different than the service department.

The staff is incredibly easy going and helpful, the definition of low pressure. If you want to look around and not talk to anyone just tell the first sales men who comes out and you won't be bothered again. Ask for Marty he has been incredibly helpful. All around a great place to look for a new or used jeep

Dropped car off at 7:45. It’s now 5, and car isn’t ready. Had a recall check and an oil change with tire rotation. 8 hours? Went to work and came after work. Now sitting the waiting room. I don’t understand what happened. This is about the 5th time we have had 1 star service. Driving to Plainwell here on out. Completely unreliable. Service desk just said they were busy.

Never will use their service department again. They tried to charge me over $6000 for repairs on my car, when I brought it to my local mechanic they charged me $650 for the exact same repairs. My mechanic told me this place scams college students who have no knowledge of cars.

My Grand Cherokee had some extensive repair work totaling nearly 6000 dollar. After more than a month I got my vehicle back only for it not to start within hours of me picking it up. I took it back to Hayes left it for several days for me to get it back and it to stall on a busy street. My vehicle is now back with Hayes for a 3rd time…sigh. I’m unsure how the EXPERTS on Jeep can not properly repair a vehicle they specialize in. If I could give negative stars I would.

I have always had a great experience with this dealership. The staff are superb. The service and parts department have always been knowledgeable and helpful. I bought a new Wrangler yesterday. James and the rest of the staff were thorough, timely, and great overall. Hayes Jeep has earned my continued business. Thank you

I highly recommend this dealership. They are not pushy and make sure that you buy the car that you want.

The manufacturer lifetime power train warranty that came with my Jeep was not usable. After I found I had a possible transmission issue, I brought my jeep in and I was informed that my warranty had expired 5 months ago because I failed to get an inspection at the dealership in the last 5 years. Even though I had my car regularly serviced and inspected, it did not count because it wasn't at the dealership. Nor did a lenghtly delay to get into service at Hayes count. Also, when I brought my car in for an ignition switch issue in 2020, Hayes looked at the car but also did not make me aware that I needed an inspection and today I was told it was up to me to ask for the needed power train inspection. Seems like these issues should have been allowed under a reasonable good will policy but they were not. I think I will look elsewhere after the bad taste Hayes left with me.

They were able to work my vehicle in for the work needed without a specific appointment. The work was completed faster than I expected and they were even able to complete something I was expecting to have to schedule for another time. I did have to leave the vehicle with them which isn't something everyone will be able to do if it's their only vehicle but it worked out for me. Great job, much appreciation to everyone at Hayes that was involved...Seth, Andrew, Jeff Jr. and Mark ??

I have had two bad experiences at Hayes Jeep of Kalamazoo. The first was ordering a brand new 2022 Jeep Wrangler. I was told it would arrive in one to three months, so I ordered it. After six months and many phone calls asking about a delivery date Hayes Jeep had an answer at the eight months mark. Hayes Jeep said the factory scrapped the order and I would have to reorder a new Jeep but I could not use my old order and could not order the same option. After listening to the manger and not feeling they cared about my business I went to Grand Rapids that day and bought the Jeep I wanted. The second bad experience was the first oil change of my new Jeep Wrangler. Living in the Kalamazoo area I went to Hayes Jeep for the oil change and a five tire rotation. I told two different people before the oil change about all five tires being rotated. At the end of the oil change nothing wrong was noted on the report and it showed a tire rotation. Now I discovered they only rotated four of the five tires, if they even rotated the tires. I went to the service department at Hayes Jeep and was told the technician was never told five tires or it would have indicated five tire rotation on the report. Also if I wanted five tires that is extra. I said the price is not the issue but quality of work is my concern.Again after feeling my business is not that important to Hayes Jeep, I left and will not return again.

Great place for a car. An honest group of workers here and had a simple and quick purchase of our compass. Will be looking here again when the times comes for another car.

Took my Jeep to get serviced. My passenger light was out but the blinker still worked. They changed oil, but broke the blinker when they were checking it. They said the connector broke.. it wouldnt work even the light bulb got replaced. When my husband called they said no manager available and if we wanted to have the light fixed, we would have to make a different appointment. It is outrageous. It seems they just broke more of my car so they can charge me more money. They said someone would call but nobody called.Update: So finally someone called and told my husband the cable needs to be replaced so they didn’t put the light bulb back. Really? The bulb and the blinker still work and they just threw it away. Now we have to drive a car without the blinker works. The manager also mentioned the review I wrote and treated my husband even more poorly. We will never go back to this place.
