“Just wanted to give a shoutout to the Ferguson Team, I had bought a toilet a year or so ago and was having issues with the seat. Shannon Hickman had me bring home a new toilet seat and said no problem and warrantied it for me. I sent him a email with the pictures and confirmed I could throw it away on Friday around 8:30pm and I wasn't expecting him to email me back till Monday but around 10pm I got a response and he said absolutely and I was shocked he emailed me. You normally don't get that type of service at a large business like this. Great work Shannon!!!”

“I couldn't be more pleased with the service, consideration, and follow-up from Kerwin Electric. A severe storm dropped a half of a large tree on our house, punching holes in the roof and breaking off the electrical mast, so we were out of power, with a live wire hanging in our driveway. I called Kerwin Electric, and Chad Kerwin arrived in a couple of hours. He got a permit to do the work which was done the next day. He handled all contact with MEC (Electric Supplier) and explained every step of the process. The work was done quickly and efficiently, the price was fair, and I appreciate the treatment I received. I've already recommended Kerwin Electric to a few neighbors, and will continue to do so.”
