Had the same problem as Jacobs review. My child has gorgeous clothes. Some brand new. Style, name brand & condition. I brought a great deal of their clothing to sell here. A couple of times. When it was time to pick up the second time, I barely sold anything. So where did it all go!!? I think owner puts her tags your items, & makes the $$ for herself. I had to pick out my items off the racks & I grabbed a few of them that were ours. One was a boutique bathing suit. Super duper trendy & cute. She said that wasn't ours, and I said YES it was. She showed me the number difference, and sure enough. I KNOW that suit was ours, due to a tie issue work around I did on it personally. She stole it. I then went around to see what other items of mine she still had. I was shocked on what she claimed as hers. Expensive dance outfits & dresses. I walked out disgusted that day

Great store, friendly owners, clean, good selection of items including women's/juniors clothing. Great to consign with also.

One of the best store I have ever been too. And I just love the lady’s that run it. They always have new things at great prices and with kids growing so quickly it helps so much.

A great local shop for kids clothing. I enjoy the owners interaction with the customers while shopping. I bring in items my grand daughter has outgrown and have purchased many items for her in return. I highly recommend Hand Me Down Rose to the Kalamazoo and surrounding areas.

We dropped off some very nice items here to consign. They said they would call in 30 days and never did. Went back to check in on our items and they had no record of them being checked in. We found one of the items hadn’t been sold yet but the rest were gone. They didn’t try to make it right or anything. Very disappointing as we try to support local!

My favorite shop for kids clothes and what not. A little bit of everything here! And the owner is a wonderful person! She is always so kind and you can tell she genuinely cares about her customers. It is a consignment shop as well, so that's awesome!

Always a good atmosphere. When you sell with them, you end up getting way more back than you would with other places. Love this place. I don't go anywhere else.

Love this store. As a foster parent and grandma I always find what I'm looking for-- be it clothes or toys. Friendly and helpful staff and a neat, organized atmosphere. Great place to take your outgrown kids' clothes.

This place should be your first Go-To location for all things clothing-related, for you and your kiddos (they also have an amazing selection of kids and baby toys and other items!)! They have amazing prices, great quality items, and the most killer customer service you'll find.
