This is a good place to stay if you are staying around Kalamazoo, MI. Size of the room with two queen beds was big, with high ceiling.The complementary breakfast was good, but it was just okay.It wasn't cheap though.

The rooms do not have a refrigerator. The receptionist, Coco, is very rude and very disrespectful. When asked how come the room doesn’t have a refrigerator, she responded, “Why you didn’t ask for a refrigerator?” So, when you book a room in this hotel, say, “I want a room with a refrigerator.”

The pool was absolutely gross. The rooms were very clean and the suite was nice. The area is a high crime rate area, and didn't know that until already there. Ice machine on 3rd floor was broken, and no more hot tub in the pool
