Took our Honda Pilot to Driven when our other shop couldn’t get us in. Have been using Driven ever since — for all our vehicles. They have communicated well, communicated honestly with us, have been timely in scheduling repairs, and the problems are actually fixed :)

I would give this place TEN stars if I could. Greg and crew have provided top notch service to my Outback when they just could've said it couldn't be fixed. And without breaking the bank. Don't go to Maple Hill to get repairs. Come here!

A couple of months ago, at my previous car shop, I was told that my head gasket needed to be replaced (again). I called SEVERAL shops and many did not do the repair and then some said they would call me back, and didn't, except for here. They said someone was out and that I would get a call back on a certain day, and they sure did call on that exact day. I was impressed by that. They also wanted to look at it to confirm that's what the issue was since it would have been the second time. I took it in a couple of days later and they got it in the same night to test some things overnight and it was done 2 days later. Thankfully, it did not end up being the head gasket. I also had a couple other questions about things I should potentially get done, and they were honest about not needing them at this time. They were also super friendly, which is a plus now days. Will probably be my new car shop :)

Tom is awesome! Had trans service, oil, fuel filter changed, timing belt change, and coolant pump fixed so far. Won't go anywhere else for TDI service. Great place and budget friendly.

Great shop in a nice area. Very professional look and feel to the place. The owners are always helpful and are hands-on. I've used them to work on my older Chevy Malibu several times in the past year, and would recommend to anyone.
