My mom and I went a month ago to get our hair cut, highlighted and dyed, it was not worth it. The hair color was not what I showed and wanted and my bangs were cut crooked and not at all what curtain bangs looked like in the picture i showed. It was not worth the $300. They've definitely downgraded.
Requested style: Curtain bangs and a dark purple dye.

Lisa was great! Very sweet and listened to exactly what I wanted. I always get nervous for a trim since i’m trying to grow out my hair, and she did a great job as just cutting off what was dead ends and NOTHING else!
I will be going back to her

I was from out of state . I needed hair cut and Melanie had an opening . She did an AMAZING job… with my difficult hair . I was back in town again this week —- and called to get appt — with Melanie! She did an AMAZING JOB AGAIN!!!
Stylist: Melanie is VERY TALENTED!!

I don’t know what happened to all the good stylists but I came in for a trim and left with my hair very uneven, Lisa barely dried it so I didn’t notice til I got home unfortunately I need recommendations for a new salon that can atleast trim hair

I would have given 0 stars if that had been an option. I've been a client here for > 5 yrs and boy has this place gone downhill. Had an appointment for 11am this morning. Showed up 5 minutes early. There was one client in a chair and two customers waiting (not sure if they had appointments or not), and only ONE employee. 2nd stylist showed up at 11:10 and took one of the other customers waiting without checking if she had an appointment or was a walk-in. I wasn't going to wait around to see whether another stylist was going to show or not, because she most-likely would have taken the other customer, making my 11am appointment a 12 noon appointment. What a poorly managed company. NEVER coming back here.

Came in with an appointment scheduled. Person it was scheduled with was working with someone else so there was a wait which is fine, but the person they were working with was originally scheduled for the other person who was there and was just sweeping the floor. From what I overheard they didn't feel comfortable doing what the appointment had requested so they handed them off. Two other people then showed up with a later appointment time for the same stylist I had and when she finally finished up with them took one of them instead of me. I'm guessing it was because they were 30 minutes behind and didn't realize they had me waiting even though I had been sitting there the entire time so I walked out. Don't know what happened to the old crew that all seem to have to have left here at the same time but I'm never going back. Judging by the influx of recent 1 star reviews neither should you.

I went in there about a month ago and I’ve been debating on leaving a review because I don’t have a lot of nice things to say. I hate to put others down, especially in business.
I made an appointment online, it was very easy and there were a lot of openings, so I never had an issue with that.
When I walked into my appointment, I had to wait as there was only one person working and she was also training, that’s just fine. I decided to stand the entire time I was waiting because the seats inside were covered in stains, dirt, dust, hair! It’s pretty dark in there and there was dust everywhere, I should’ve left then , but decided to stay!
When it was my turn, my hair was washed and combed before I sat in the chair. It wasn’t gentle!
The woman was nice, but I didn’t appreciate her breathing in my face and stopping the chair from turning with her body. I was constantly being pushed against her chest and that made me incredibly uncomfortable! I genuinely couldn’t wait for it to be over. When I went to go pay, she just went “cash or card” in sort of a pushy manner.
Once I got into my car, I could finally see in the light and my hair was still uneven, just shorter.
So, I basically paid to be smacked against a woman’s chest, hot breath in my face and my hair pretty much the same as when I walked in. I’m sorry, but I wouldn’t recommend this place.

If you plan to get your haircut here please know that the appointment system is not adhered to. I had made an appointment for 2:15PM and as I was sitting in the lobby at 2:45PM I had to leave. I would have let this slide as there was only one stylist in there at the time but the last time my hair was cut here, my neck trim was completely missed as well.
Cheap haircuts if you have quite a bit of time.
To the Owner: I appreciate you reaching out wanting to "regain" my trust but you are not going to if every comment you leave in response to a bad review is just copy and pasted.

I had almost shoulder length hair and wanted to cut it short for the summer. I was a bit nervous because I am super picky about my hair, but Ava did an amazing job on the cut, and she killed it with the color! The blue highlights really make my blue eyes pop and I have gotten so many compliments! The salon was super clean, and all of the stylists there were super friendly and personable and just made my experience that much better. You honestly can’t go wrong with any of the stylists there. I highly recommend!!!

Don’t go here unless you don’t care whatsoever what you come out with. Came in for a clean up and nothing I thought would be hard to mess up. However, the stylist Lisa had much different intentions. She came in and within 5 minutes she had cut most all my hair with a razor and went WAY shorter than I ever planned, also if you have hair that you need layered…. yeah good luck! Overall, I wouldn’t go here if you care about your cut and even other budget haircut chains do a much more caring and professional job than this establishment. Worst haircut of my life
